I’m incredibly grateful to have found this gem, especially during a time when I had to move out of my previous rental unexpectedly. Sam & Andy were so kind and flexible, offering me a long-term stay that made all the difference. The apartment itself has been perfect - peaceful, comfortable and exactly what I needed to feel settled and take care of myself during a slightly unsettling period. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I look forward to returning soon :) Highly recommended!

Stayed here for 3 days with my partner and we had such a lovely stay! Hosts went above and beyond to provide a space that felt like home and the space was so cosy and beautiful 😍 the view was stunning and just a relaxing way to escape from reality for a while. We really appreciated the little things like snacks / food / beverages available, as well as the easy to connect WiFi and Netflix availability. There are a lot of restaurants and bars around however we mostly just went to the gym / leisure centre and made use of the sauna and steam room 😂 highly recommended if you want an easy-going host and a peaceful retreat for you and your partner

A fantastic apartment in a great location - beautifully and stylishly decorated, immaculately clean and with everything you could need, and some great mod cons like Bluetooth connection to a speaker system. Fabulous balcony with sea view, very quiet and lovely walks from the door - we walked along the cliffs through Fairlight to Hastings - about 3 hours - and got a taxi back. Warren was really kind and helpful, even arranging for some fizz to be put in the fridge for our arrival (it was my friend’s 60th birthday). Great place - highly recommended.

The house is very well-maintained and looks like new. Susan is generous, providing us with all the cooking ingredients. She quickly responded to our requests and communication. The panoramic view from the living room is stunning. It is a wonderful place to spend our holiday.

Enjoyed our stay and having a parking space outside the property was extremely useful especially as I was travelling with two children and our dog so didn't have far to walk to unload the car. Perfect location for a short walk to the beach. Need a passenger to keep an eye out for the property due to the flow of traffic other than this a very pleasant stay. We noticed the bath leaked which was highlighted to the host but overall we would definitely stay here again 😊

It was a lovely accommodation, located in a great area of little coffee shops and all attractions was in a short distance from where we stayed. Looking forward to arrange another trip to Brighton and definitely will choose Dave’s accommodation again. Many thanks

Perfect stay. Beautiful home and the garden was abit of a sun trap! Me, my partner and our pup absolutely loved it.

Dan was soooo helpful, friendly and made it clear he was near by if we needed anything. It was easy to find. Very clean... LoVELY shower, great kitchen etc etc no complaints...WELL, JUST ONE... Wish we could have stayed longer!

Really relaxing couple of days in lovely surroundings (both inside and out). Everything we needed on the doorstep and then back to a beautiful apartment with all the home comforts you could ask for. Wish we could've stayed longer

Excellent host from start to finish. It really felt like Paul cares about his property and cares about his guests. The little touches of amazing fresh bread, milk, coffee, fruit etc were really kind and very much appreciated. I’d definitely stay here again and would highly recommend the apartment. Also the proximity to the restaurants and bars is perfect - not to near to hear the noise but only just a few minutes walk away….. and there are some really great restaurants and bars in the area. Thanks for a great stay.

We spent a lovely weekend staying at Kats apartment. It was well kitted out with lots of nice little touches like blankets and other items for the beach. I would highly recommend it for anyone staying in the area.

Lovely comfortable flat and easy to find. The free parking was incredibly helpful too! The bed was very comfortable and everything was included that you could need. The pigeons were quite loud at around 4am but we just stuck some white noise on and went back to sleep ,Also...I really quite like pigeons so it wasn't a huge problem. :) Will was very helpful and communicative throughout - thank you! x

A really lovely, comfortable flat in a great location in kemptown, Siobhan kindly left a dog bed and bowls and snacks for us and had some great recommendations for local cafes and pubs. Lovely little patio too, and such a comfy bed, would highly recommend!

This was my fourth time to stay at Dan’s apartment & I keep on returning because it feels home from home for me & my partner! This time we were lucky enough to have supper at Busby & Wilds, which is only open from Thursday through to Sunday. We would definitely recommend eating there, but it’s a pity that it is only open at the weekends. Here’s to more stays at Flat 2, No 10, Sussex Square in the future!

Lovely clean spotless partment well equipped with everything you could possibly need. So accommodating with fresh food and drinks which we did not expect. Gorgeous views from both windows Marina and hills. Very welcoming host showed us around the apartment on arrival. Easy walking distance to Marina and beach. Highly recommend 15 The Cliff - thank you for having us 😊

A superb apartment. Beautifully decorated and furnished, very comfortable, warm and spacious. Excellent modern kitchen with everything you need to cook in. Lovely garden too! A short walk to the prom. Sandra is an excellent and very helpful host, even providing earplugs in case you need them for the early morning road noise which might disturb light sleepers. We'd never been to Bexhill before so Sandra's apartment was a real find and made for a lovely few days on the Sussex coast.

A really wonderful apartment - it has been decorated so nicely and to a very high standard. The location is also amazing! Within just a few minutes you're at the beach where you can easily wonder to the pier or the lanes and discover lots of amazing cafes and restaurants. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a weekend getaway!

A lovely, well kept and spacious apartment, ideal for a long weekend. Peaceful and cosy for winter breaks, with outside space for summer too. With quality towels, toiletries and bedding for extra comfort. Perfectly located, just a short walk from St Leonard's Warrior Square train station, close to the cafes and vintage stores on Norman Road and King's Road - and just a few minutes down to the Hastings seafront. Very handy to be able to store our bags securely in the ground floor storage space between check out and our train departure too.

We had such a wonderful stay at this huge, eclectic flat. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely welcomed—the space has such a warm, inviting energy. It comfortably fitted our two families, with plenty of room for everyone to relax and feel at ease. Every corner is thoughtfully designed, full of character and charm, with unique touches that made it feel truly special. The whole place had an instant wow factor that had us smiling from the moment we walked in. The location was perfect too—peaceful and tucked away from the bustle of the New Town, yet only a ten-minute walk to the characterful Old Town, which had some great places to eat and fabulous shops. It was well connected, making it easy to explore the wider area as well. We’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere memorable to stay in this area.

This is a beautiful home from home, it felt like staying with friends. We visited at Easter and there were two chocolate rabbits waiting for the kids, which was a lovely touch. The kitchen, living area and main bedroom are spacious and this is a great area. Close to the beach, train station, bars and restaurants. A lovely stay and we’d go back again.
