Holiday rentals with a kayak in East Sussex

Kirstie was extremely friendly and kind, always happy to help and extremely responsive and attentive. Kirstie’s place was also beautiful, very clean and tidy, was lovely having the Juliet balcony open in the morning watching the lambs and watching the world go by in bed. Overall, lovely stay, would definitely return.

Accommodation was at the highest level. All equipment was to a high standard. Good to have Netflix etc already enabled. Would come back again. Mike & Paulette

We had a fantastic family getaway at this lovely place! It’s peaceful, beautifully surrounded by nature, and perfect for relaxing. We really enjoyed the outdoor BBQ with real firewood during the day, and cozy evenings by the indoor fireplace, also with real wood — such a nice touch. The location is ideal: only a 15-minute drive to the stunning Seven Sisters Cliffs, and just 5 minutes to Newhaven beach, which is a hidden gem with free parking. Peter was very friendly and communicative, which made everything smooth and easy. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy the outdoors!

Carol was super communicative and gave very cleear instructions of how to access the property and where to park. She let me bring my dog and offered places to explore and walk closeby which were utterly breathtaking. Something I would never have experienced had it not been for Carol's hospitality. We shared tea before bed and she cooked me a very delicious and hearty breakfast before I left the following morning. Carol is so hospitable and accommodating in sharing her home, it feels like home as soon as you walk through the door. I was only disappointed that we couldn't stay longer. I can't wait to come back!

A lovely, spacious place looking right on to the sea with a beautiful deck to stretch out on. Great for families and had everything you wanted. Responsive hosts too who have all the info required.

Rachel was so helpful prior to arrival and welcoming when we arrived. The house was perfect for our family weekend birthday celebrations with 3 couples and a 1 year old. Plenty of space inside & out. You would need a car if staying here as it is very hilly and ten minute drive into Hastings. Plenty of parking at the house. Great to have so many bathrooms too.

Nothing was too much trouble for our host. Everything was clean and tidy, and she made us feel very welcome. And what breakfasts! — it was very satisfying to stay at an Airbnb venue where the “…nb” part was so generously provided. Thank you Penny!

A great place to come and stay easy to find really good.Carol was a amazing host very welcoming from start to finish and very helpful though out are stay. Very comfy beds loads of choices for breakfast. Will definitely stay again in the future.

Romy's place is the perfect getaway for anyone who likes walking, beaches, country pubs or a bit of peace and quiet in a beautiful setting. The place had everything we needed and a private secure garden, which was great for our dog. Romy was really kind, friendly and helpful with local tips.

We had a great stay at the house, it’s an amazing location (very central but also very peaceful)! The beds were super comfortable and cosy and the house has so much character, it’s like stepping back in time. Susie was very responsive and helpful at all stages and really made us feel welcome. The fire is amazing on a cold day and the garden is a lovely sun trap on a warm day!
