Welcome to "Chalet Futura Magica", A mobile home in the middle of the forest with meadow, wildlife & tranquility, as well as SHUTTLE SERVICE from the train station and the "Lazy Late Check Out". This means you can stay there until 11:59 pm. If you're looking for peace, this is the place to be. Close to the small village of Buko in the heart of Saxony-Anhalt, this home is in the middle of the forest. There are only 3 neighbors. It is (almost) included: air conditioning, charcoal, lighter, bed linen, towels, tabs, detergent & much more.

Real time out and pure nature, perfect for solo travelers and couples. Ideal as a quiet place for creative work. Surrounded by forest and meadows, the house has a magnificent panorama from the sun terrace. The house has 1,200 square meters of natural garden/forest. With open eyes and ears you can experience many forest dwellers. In the morning squirrels, the kite at noon, deer in the evening or the owl at night. A squirrel feeding station, binoculars and a wildlife camera are used for nature observation.

Separate accommodation with private bathroom

The place is conveniently located (on the L63). Bus station is 100 meters from the property. Parking is possible at the house. A bakery with breakfast is a 5-minute walk, while the city center is 20 minutes away. By car, it is 15 minutes to Dessau-Zentrum and 20 minutes to Köthen. You have direct access to the property from the staircase. Grill and fireplace are available in the garden. The Elbe, biosphere reserve, water crossing point and others offer many recreational opportunities in nature.

Central & quiet, 1 km to the Meisterhäuser

The apartment located in the basement has a large bedroom/living room, where another person can sleep on the ottoman or a guest mattress if necessary, a separate dining room and a fully equipped kitchen as well as a bathroom with toilet, bathtub, shower and bidet. The Meisterhäuser are a 15-minute walk (1 km), the Bauhaus is about 25 minutes (2 km). Parking in front of the house as well as storage facilities for bicycles are provided.

Time out on the Mittelland Canal

Visit us in our small apartment (30 m²) in a quiet location overlooking the Mittelland Canal. The large garden, which you are welcome to use, and the wind-protected terrace promise relaxation in almost any weather. Parking for bicycles is available on the property (partially covered). This is also the habitat of our Labrador mix Luci. The journey by car to Magdeburg is 15 minutes and to Haldensleben 21 minutes.

Enjoy life at this peaceful and centrally-located place in the immediate vicinity of the historic city center. The apartment is completely new and furnished with love. There are many restaurants, bars, a shopping street, as well as the ARSENAL shopping center. "Alte Schule Wittenberg" - Classroom

Built around 300 years ago, the schoolhouse was extensively renovated and lovingly furnished by 2022. Individual accents make up the charm of the "Old School" and ensure a special feel-good atmosphere.
