Welcome to "Chalet Futura Magica", a mobile home in the middle of the forest with meadow, wildlife & tranquility, as well as SHUTTLE SERVICE from the train station and the "Lazy Late Check Out". This means you can stay there until 11:59 pm. If you are looking for peace, this is the place to be. Close to the small village of Buko in the heart of Saxony-Anhalt, this home is in the middle of the forest. There are only 3 neighbors. It is (almost) all-inclusive: air conditioning, charcoal, lighters, bed linen, towels, tabs, dishwashing liquid & much more.

A real break and pure nature, perfect for solo travellers, friends and couples. Ideal as a quiet place for creative work. Surrounded by forest and meadows, the house offers a magnificent panorama from the sun terrace. The house includes a 1,200 square metre, near-natural garden that is completely fenced. Here you can encounter forest dwellers. Squirrels in the morning, the kite at noon, deer in the evening or the owl at night. A squirrel feeding station, binoculars and a wildlife camera are available for observing nature.

A fireplace in the living room with cross vault, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub, shower & toilet as well as a guest toilet are spread over 3 floors and over 100 square meters. The sun terrace is my 2nd living room: Eat comfortably outside or relax in the lounge corner with a glass of wine – just enjoy life.

Romantic coach house next to the bridge of spies!

Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Berlin Wannsee Estate

If you like it quiet and close to nature and yet want to have the cities of Berlin & Potsdam around the corner, this is the place for you. There is a private entrance, terrace and Garden. Living room with kitchen and a double bed. Upstairs the bedroom with a single bed as well as a king bed. We live next door, so there's no key problem. The arrival time doesn't matter either. We are close to the train station. Griebnitzsee and Wannsee. Parking free, also truck. Pets welcome.

Apartment in the Birkholz estate house

The former Bismarck estate house, built in 1770 and completely renovated in 2009, is an ideal place for vacations and also workation - for working and relaxing. The stylishly furnished separate apartment (155 sqm) with private entrance, underfloor heating, antique tiled stove, a workplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a hot tub next to the apartment's own terrace as well as a sauna cottage in the extensive park offers the possibility of a varied break in every season.

In a private courtyard with lots of greenery, the cozily furnished house (76 m²) awaits its guests. You can park your car for free right in front of your accommodation. The central location means you can quickly get to the city center. In the living area, you can end the day with a crackling fireplace in the cold season (wood is provided by the host). In the warm season, you can make yourself comfortable on the large terrace (for your use only) with a glass of wine.

Vacation home incl. hot tub evening in Fläming

Rurally located in the small village of Grebs in Hoher Fläming 45 minutes southwest of Berlin. The large communal garden offers enough space to relax. Our newly renovated apartment on the first floor invites you to linger in a modern style. We also offer a pick-up service by arrangement (up to 20 km radius) for an extra charge. Of course, we also have a pool and hot tub (outside covered) and it is included. Please contact us beforehand. 😊

The detached house in the small town of Annaburg is just a few meters from the Annaburger Heide. It has a double bedroom, TV and desk on the upper floor, a small bedroom with single bed and sofa bed for one person and a small bathroom with toilet and sink. In the basement there is a kitchen (no dishwasher), living room with fireplace and TV, bathroom with shower and toilet. The garden invites you to relax. Children and pets are welcome!

The spacious loft apartment is a centrally located accommodation, which is only a 1-minute walk from the Bauhaus Museum, 3 minutes from the shopping center and 5 minutes from the main train station. All the sights, as well as restaurants, cafes and bars are right outside the front door. The apartment is designed with high-quality furniture, equipped with a private sauna and garden. Parking and free Wi-Fi are available.

As a professional violin maker, we have a sense of detail. In our guest apartment, stylish baroque elements from the origin of the house combine with the most modern equipment possible. This combination guarantees authenticity and coziness. During the renovation, we tried to get as much of the original substance as possible. Whole warning: A low ceiling beams dating back to 1775 crosses the space.
