Here is also the place to chill. You can have a cozy breakfast in the separate kitchen. In the garden behind the house you will find two bicycles for excursions in the green surroundings.

The apartment is on the first floor and could be rented together with the apartment on the 2nd floor and/or 3rd floor.

The location is centrally located in the Lindenau district and well connected to public transport. On the street side, we run a small wine shop. The apartment is on the 2nd floor on a side street of Karl-Liebknecht-Straße. The nearest S-Bahn [suburban train] stop is a 3-minute walk, from there you can reach the city center in less than 10 minutes. Early check-in and late check-out are possible by arrangement.
