In the immediate vicinity there are numerous amenities such as a bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, organic shop, and restaurants. There are four apartments and two medical practices in the building, behind which there is a car park that is locked at night.

Explore the lake with free paddleboards or enjoy evenings together with the Nintendo Switch. Netflix makes for cosy movie nights. On the terrace, with its stunning lake view, a modern hybrid barbecue invites you to linger. A wallbox for electric cars completes the comfortable stay.

Separate accommodation with private bathroom

The place is conveniently located (on the L63). Bus station is 100 meters from the property. Parking is possible at the house. A bakery with breakfast is a 5-minute walk, while the city center is 20 minutes away. By car, it is 15 minutes to Dessau-Zentrum and 20 minutes to Köthen. You have direct access to the property from the staircase. Grill and fireplace are available in the garden. The Elbe, biosphere reserve, water crossing point and others offer many recreational opportunities in nature.

Haus Sonnenschein am Gröberner See

My accommodation is located in the municipality of Muldestausee in the district of Gröbern. Gröbern is a small place with 800 inhabitants. In 10 minutes you can reach the Gröberner See, which invites you to swim and relax. There you can rent bicycles, sub s, boats and fins for a fee in the forest resort. By bike you can explore the entire area from Wörlitzer Gartenreich to Goitzsche. Leipzig and Halle are not far either. The new outlet center FOC can be reached in 25 minutes.

The luxury apartment is a centrally located property, which is only a 1-minute walk from the Bauhaus Museum, 3 minutes from the shopping center and 5 minutes from the main train station. All attractions, as well as restaurants, cafes and bars are right outside the front door. The apartment is designed with high-quality furniture, equipped with an extra sauna room and stretches over 2 floors. There are two free parking spaces, as well as free Wi-Fi available.

Little book house on Lake Bergwitz

Our vacation home is located 12 km south of Lutherstadt Wittenberg. The old house, about 90 m², was lovingly renovated by us and the character was largely preserved. On the lower floor there is a kitchen-living room with seating for 6 people, a bathroom with bathtub and a living room. On the upper floor there are two separate bedrooms and a toilet. The house is on the same property as our house, so we are available to answer any questions.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, glasses, silverware, dishes, toaster, electric kettle, cookware, and a coffee maker.
