Cozy mini apartment (approx. 18 sqm) on the basement floor with natural light and en-suite bathroom. Access to the room/bathroom is self-sufficient. Location: Located directly below Solitude Castle, right by the forest, playground, farm and subway (U6) stop (about 5 min. walk). In about 25 minutes you can get to Stuttgart Central Station / Schlossplatz by subway. Easily accessible without a car. Please let us know the approximate time of arrival at least 24 hours before arrival. Otherwise, a flexible check-in is not guaranteed.

Stuttgart Airport & Messe: 1-Zimmer, S-Bahn nah!

The apartment impresses with its ideal location just 500 meters (8 minutes' walk) from the train station, with excellent connections to the S-Bahn and buses. You can reach the airport and the trade fair in just one S-Bahn station. The S-Bahn also takes you directly to Stuttgart (Filderstadt -> Central Station) in just a 32-minute drive. The apartment is located directly on the B27 or A8 and offers a variety of shops for daily needs such as supermarkets, discount stores, drugstores in the immediate vicinity.

Not far from the property there is a bakery, two cafes, an organic shop and several good restaurants and nice little shops.

The cozy accommodation is located in Degerloch, one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Stuttgart. The U-Bahn [subway] and shopping for everyday needs are a few minutes' walk away. Downtown can be reached in 11 minutes from the Degerloch stop. The U-Bahn [subway] from the airport is 21 minutes away at the Degerloch stop. Despite its proximity to the city, the apartment is very quiet with magnificent views of the countryside. The nearby forest invites you to jog or walk!

Hi guys, I'm renting out my 1-room apartment on the 4th floor with balcony and elevator in Stuttgart Mitte. The apartment has a new 1.60 m wide bed and a new small kitchen as well as a separate daylight bathroom. The location is central and yet quiet. Smoking allowed on balcony. Since it is a normal residential building, quiet hours must be observed according to the house rules. No parties! Washing machine not available but closest laundromat close by. See you soon:-)
