Our 25 m² modernly furnished apartment is NEWLY renovated and has two separate rooms and a bathroom. Two-immon occupancy is of course possible. The bedroom is equipped with a 1m bed, a closet and a dresser. In the living room there is the sofa with bed function and the fitted kitchen, as well as a dining table with 2 seats . The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, induction hob, toaster, kettle, microwave and fridge/freezer.

If you are looking for a well-located, functional and clean place to stay, our simple little apartment is just right for you. Please note that Stuttgart is hilly. The apartment is very close to the main train station, but significantly higher. We therefore advise against walking from there with luggage, as the difference in altitude is approx. 100m.
