In addition to the double bed, there is an additional mattress, so that two people can be accommodated comfortably, but there is also space for three. The apartment offers a bathroom, kitchenette and sunny balcony. Within 400 meters you will find everything your heart desires: tram, thermal bath with sauna, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, a cinema and the Baden State Theater. The city center is only 1 km away. Sophies Villa

Sophies Villa liegt in einem Hinterhof, mitten in der Stadt. Im unteren Wohnbereich findest du eine Couch, die man ausziehen kann, einen Tisch und 2 Stühle, TV und einen kleinen Küchenbereich. Über eine steile Treppe gelangt man in den Schlafbereich und zum Bad. Da die Treppe sehr steil ist, ist sie nicht für Menschen geeignet, die in ihrer Bewegung eingeschränkt sind. Diese Unterkunft ist auch nicht für Kinder und Kleinkinder geeignet, es keine Sicherheitsabspeerungen im oberen Bereich gibt.

Erdgeschosswohnung In der Beschreibung steht, dass es sich um einen gemeinsam genutzten Pool handelt. Er wird ab und zu, von uns selbst benutzt. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, den Pool jeden Tag, für mehrerer Stunden zu reservieren. Ihr habt einen eigenen Zugang zum Pool von der Wohnung! Ab Frühsommer 2026 gibt es eine exklusive Sauna, diese kann optional gebucht werden. Rauchen ist nur im Freien erlaubt!! Haustiere sind erlaubt aber bitte VOR der Buchung abklären und in der Anfrage angeben.
