The historic building belongs to a former knight's estate, whose beginnings date back to the 17th century. The house has been extensively restored. Located at the highest point of the old town, you will enjoy a great panoramic view. From here you can perfectly undertake trips to the Black Forest, Baden-Baden and Alsace.

Our farm is located in an idyllic, very quiet location, framed by meadows, fruit trees and forest and is ideal to simply let your soul dangle. Listen to the chirping of the birds and the chirping of the crickets and relax while watching our fallow deer. In summer, there are no limits to the activities right outside the door - hiking in the Black Forest, biking or walking through the vineyards. In winter, the nearby ski slopes are a popular destination - if you like it cozy, you can enjoy the wood crackling in front of the fire with a glass of local wine.

The "Lerchennest" is located separately on the upper floor of the rustic half-timbered house in 1890. The small village of Aach is only a 5-minute drive from the spa town of Freudenstadt and offers the ideal base to discover the Black Forest. But there is also a lot to explore around the Lerchennest: the natural garden, a fireplace for grilling, a sauna to relax, feed goats or hike together, cuddly hangovers and all kinds of more.

"La Cabane des Biquettes" HOT TUB

Come and recharge your batteries in our tree house (not accessible to people with reduced mobility, miller's ladder) with a view of our miniature goats, our mini ponies, our pig, total disconnection but with very good network coverage (just in case)😀. Guests can enjoy a real SPA on the deck of the cabin. ⚠️ The cabin is not suitable for infants. 20 min from Strasbourg, 15 min from Haguenau, 10 min from Germany.

Our accommodation, true to the motto "small but nice," is located in the small Sasbachwalden surrounded by the breathtaking mountains of the Black Forest and offers a lot of relaxation, adventure and pure life. In the vicinity is the nearest ski resort just 15 minutes by car from the apartment. The beautiful Mummelsee is also a 14-minute drive away and invites you to take leisurely walks.

Our cottage is ideal as a starting point for hikes and as a vacation home for families with one to two children. The balcony and spacious living room offer plenty of light and panoramic views over the valley. The overgrown garden is almost adjacent to the edge of the forest, and the nearest hiking trail is less than a hundred meters away.
