It offers one bedroom with a king-size bed and a crib (120x60cm), a living area with a sofa bed for up to two people (140x200cm), a kitchen and dining table, and a bathroom with a shower. Here, you can enjoy meals together, socialize, and relax. Prepare your favorite dishes in the fully equipped kitchen and invite friends, family, and colleagues to join you. Start your day with a delicious cappuccino from the Nespresso machine. Make yourselves comfortable on the sofa and watch the latest series together on the 55-inch smart TV. The dining area comfortably seats four. Perfect for families, friends, and business travelers who want to end the evening in good company. Through the bright hallway, you'll find the bedroom, bathroom, and living area. Make yourselves comfortable in the king-size bed and enjoy some downtime. Younger children will also find a cozy retreat in the crib (120x60cm). A sofa bed (140x200cm) in the living area is available for a third and fourth guest. The renovated bathroom offers a high level of comfort. In addition to the large shower, you'll find other amenities such as towels, shower gel, and shampoo. Centrally located accommodation, 5-minute walk to the town center, shopping, restaurants and breakfast cafes. By public transport, for example, SAP Arena, National Theater, Rose Garden. The Worms water tower is considered one of the most beautiful water towers in Germany. Our nice little apartment is located in a beautiful green part of Mannheim in Niederfeld. You have the opportunity to take a walk in the forest, by the lake (Stollenwörthweiher) or along the Rhine. The shops for everyday needs as well as the stops are about 500 m from the front door. There are a couple of restaurants and bakeries nearby. The city center of MA and the main train station can be reached in 10 minutes by tram line 3. Heidelberg can be reached in 30 minutes.

The renovated holiday home "La cour de l ´Atelier" belongs to an old farm with special charm. This includes a large meadow property and fruit trees. The farm has a very beautiful old courtyard and is surrounded by its own buildings. The vacation home is ideal for large groups, family meetings, hiking groups or even bike tours. If you want, this is the ideal place to relax. This is not the right location for parties and loud gatherings.

The tastefully furnished and well-equipped flat with balcony and with a wonderful view of the Mannheim skyline, the river and the Palatinate (21st floor) is very centrally located just a few minutes' walk from the city centre, the Luisenpark and the university clinic with direct tram connections in front of the door (city centre, train station, Heidelberg).
