The nearby Maudacher Bruch nature reserve invites relaxing walks in green surroundings. Mannheim, Heidelberg and the Palatinate Forest are easily accessible. The apartment accommodates up to two guests and features a private entrance and garden area. A bakery, supermarket and tram stop are just 150 metres away. Lakes, an outdoor pool and restaurants are close by.

The cleaning fee is only for the final cleaning of the room and not for the kitchen. This must be cleaned by the guest. If the kitchen is dirty, a cleaning fee of €80 will be deducted from the deposit at check-out. Towels and bed linen are changed every 7 days Deposit is due in cash of €300 upon move-in. It will be paid out in cash. Please read the house rules!!!

Our nice little apartment is located in a beautiful green part of Mannheim in Niederfeld. You have the opportunity to take a walk in the forest, by the lake (Stollenwörthweiher) or along the Rhine. The shops for everyday needs as well as the stops are about 500 m from the front door. There are a couple of restaurants and bakeries nearby. The city center of MA and the main train station can be reached in 10 minutes by tram line 3. Heidelberg can be reached in 30 minutes.
