Erdgeschosswohnung In der Beschreibung steht, dass es sich um einen gemeinsam genutzten Pool handelt. Er wird ab und zu, von uns selbst benutzt. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, den Pool jeden Tag, für mehrerer Stunden zu reservieren. Ihr habt einen eigenen Zugang zum Pool von der Wohnung! Ab Frühsommer 2026 gibt es eine exklusive Sauna, diese kann optional gebucht werden. Rauchen ist nur im Freien erlaubt!! Haustiere sind erlaubt aber bitte VOR der Buchung abklären und in der Anfrage angeben.

On the left is the living room and sleeping area with balcony and on the right kitchen with terrace, bathroom/toilet.

Two minutes away is the bus stop with direct connections to Waiblingen train station (8 minutes) and the S-Bahn to Stuttgart (25 minutes) The cozy apartment has its own entrance and parking at the house The location invites you to leisurely walks or bike rides along the Rems and in the Talaue landscape park.

We are in an idyllic location near Bietigheim-Bissingen. Right between the Untermberg ruins and the Enz-Aue near the recreational center Nature Park: Stromberg-Heuchelberg. From strolling in the historic old town to enjoying nature... With a home office area with a 100 Mbit line, remote office should not be a problem. For physical fitness, we have a training tower from Kettler. And a well-shaped bathtub that invites you to relax after work ;)

The living space is about 70 m² and includes a small entrance area, hallway, toilet, kitchen, a spacious living room with balcony, open design kitchen and fireplace, a cozy bedroom for a maximum of two people, a dressing room/relaxation room with a large mirror sliding door wardrobe and a chic bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower at ground level. The parking space is right in front of our quiet and sunny two-family house. Washer, dryer...

The BUGA site is nearby, the main train station is a stone's throw away and even the city center can be reached in a few minutes on foot via a nice walk along the Neckar.
