Unser Ferienhaus hat eine Wohnfläche von 70 qm. Es liegt am Ortsrand vom Luftkurort Westerheim auf 823 m Höhe. In der Nachbarschaft sind Gewerbebetriebe, die jedoch nur wenig Lärm verursachen. Das Haus ist komplett 150 cm hoch eingezäumt. Direkt vom Haus weg führen Wanderwege und im Winter bei Schnee wird auch eine Loipe gespurt. Relax in this special and quiet place to stay. In the historic bakery, a beautiful living room has been created above the bakery. On two floors are two bedrooms, a living room with fully equipped kitchen, a tasteful shower room (incl. towels) and a living room were created. From the living room in the attic and one of the bedrooms you can see the forest and the Mühlbach (Zaber) splashes directly past the house.

The apartment is in the basement and has its own entrance. It can be reached from the garden. The house is located in a quiet settlement. The historic city center is a 20-minute walk. A bus stop is 500 meters away. The local recreation area "Breite Eiche" invites you to take long walks. Shopping facilities are located nearby. The bed is 135 cm wide. We can provide an extra mattress.

Tiny House is a former transformer tower 5 minutes' walk from the Old Town. Supermarket,gas station, pharmacy and parking garage are in the immediate vicinity. The tower has a 32sqm terrace that floats over the Ammer. The bedroom,with private balcony and extra TV, is located under the roof. Integrated kitchen, nice bathroom with shower and underfloor heating.
