Surrounded by forest and pure nature, the house invites you perfectly to forget the stress of everyday life for a few days. The house is fully equipped with a bedroom, kitchen, air conditioning and a sauna with access to a natural pond. Fishing is also possible by arrangement in our natural pond. A bottle of wine is ready for you to try in the fridge. The highway A 6 is 2 kilometers away. 10 minutes' drive to Öhringen and 15 minutes to Heilbronn. Stuttgart is 50 minutes away. To relax, drive 10 minutes to Lake Breitenau. Or enjoy a glass of wine on site.

The terrace is south facing, sunny almost all day and has direct lake views. We have furnished the living room and bathroom in a modern style.
