In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

What a great location; right by the Sanssouci Park! The apartment is located exactly where the city and nature unite: historic buildings, pleasantly relaxed and yet a little secluded: you can look forward to the "Park Sanssouci" right outside the front door (about 300 m walk). The historic city center with the cozy street and park cafes as well as the good shopping can be reached in about five minutes with a nice walk, with the path leading through the historic old town.

Our exclusively equipped Art Remise offers comfortable and very central accommodation for two to four guests: in just a few minutes on foot you can reach the Sanssouci Palace, the historic Potsdam city center or the water landscape on the Havel Bay. The art-studio is in the backyard, so it is very quiet. Or explore Berlin from Potsdam: the train will take you directly to Berlin Central Station in just 30 minutes without having to change trains!

The fully equipped accommodation is located on the ground floor with ground floor access. Within a short walk (about 3 minutes) you can reach the property by various public transport (regional train, tram, bus). The small shop for groceries, flowers, books, pharmacy, bike rental, restaurants and pizza service can be done within 200 m to the property. New from 09/ 2022: Optionally, 1 parking space on the property can be booked for 5.00€/night.

In the beautiful city of Potsdam, directly at the park Sanssouci and right across from Schloss' Charlottenhof you will find our villa built around 1850. The holiday apartment on the ground floor is spacious and family-friendly. Bed linen and towels are provided accordingly. Within walking distance you can reach the supermarket and a bakery or café for breakfast. Dogs are welcome here. We are looking forward to your interest!

Unser Apartment wurde gerade mit viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert, Einbauküche, großzügiges Wannenbad, Fußbodenheizung und großer Terrasse laden zum entspannen und arbeiten ein. Baden auf dem Grundstück am Steg bei uns im Nixe Yachthafen Potsdam ist für mutige fast das ganze Jahr möglich ;-).
