A house on the lake between Berlin & Potsdam

This is a classic rbnb. We rent our private rooms to private individuals. Not to companies and fitters - please refrain from bookings that are not for yourself. Our vacation apartment is located directly on the lake, is renovated and equipped to a very high specification (approx. 90 square meters). There is a large double bed (200 x 200) and a sofa bed separated only by a CABINET sliding door. (No noise insulation - therefore not very soundproof). Mooring for boats by arrangement. It is 500 m to the Berlin city sign. To Wannsee train station 10 minutes by bus, and from there you can reach the main train station (Berlin) in 17 minutes. Please don't bring dogs. On TV there is an Amazon Fire TV Stick with movies in German and English. Super apartment in the middle of Potsdam. Plenty of attractions, stores, restaurants and of course tram stop within easy and walking distance. There was nothing missing in the apartment itself. Tim was always easily accessible, the check-in super flexible (which unfortunately led to us not being able to meet Tim in person).

I really enjoyed my stay in this beautiful apartment. It is furnished with a lot of style. I felt comfortable right away and was able to switch off perfectly. The sofa is super comfortable as well as the bed. There is nothing missing in the kitchen. The bathroom has daylight. This is not a given in holiday accommodation. The city is easily accessible on foot. I was able to leave my car in the in-house parking lot almost all the time. Potsdam offers a lot culturally and is always worth a trip, especially with such a beautiful "second home". I'd love to come back!
