The sun terrace is my 2nd living room: Eat comfortably outside or relax in the lounge corner with a glass of wine – just enjoy life.

Romantic coach house next to the bridge of spies!

Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Berlin Wannsee Estate

If you like it quiet and close to nature and yet want to have the cities of Berlin & Potsdam around the corner, this is the place for you. There is a private entrance, terrace and Garden. Living room with kitchen and a double bed. Upstairs the bedroom with a single bed as well as a king bed. We live next door, so there's no key problem. The arrival time doesn't matter either. We are close to the train station. Griebnitzsee and Wannsee. Parking free, also truck. Pets welcome.

What a great location; right by the Sanssouci Park! The apartment is located exactly where the city and nature unite: historic buildings, pleasantly relaxed and yet a little secluded: you can look forward to the "Park Sanssouci" right outside the front door (about 300 m walk). The historic city center with the cozy street and park cafes as well as the good shopping can be reached in about five minutes with a nice walk, with the path leading through the historic old town.

Art-Studio close to Sanssouci Castle

Our exclusively equipped Art Remise offers comfortable and very central accommodation for two to four guests: in just a few minutes on foot you can reach the Sanssouci Palace, the historic Potsdam city center or the water landscape on the Havel Bay. The art-studio is in the backyard, so it is very quiet. Or explore Berlin from Potsdam: the train will take you directly to Berlin Central Station in just 30 minutes without having to change trains!

The fully equipped accommodation is located on the ground floor with ground floor access. Within a short walk (about 3 minutes) you can reach the property by various public transport (regional train, tram, bus). The small shop for groceries, flowers, books, pharmacy, bike rental, restaurants and pizza service can be done within 200 m to the property. New from 09/ 2022: Optionally, 1 parking space on the property can be booked for 5.00€/night.

Comfortable living in Villa at Park Sanssouci

In the beautiful city of Potsdam, directly at the park Sanssouci and right across from Schloss' Charlottenhof you will find our villa built around 1850. The holiday apartment on the ground floor is spacious and family-friendly. Bed linen and towels are provided accordingly. Within walking distance you can reach the supermarket and a bakery or café for breakfast. Dogs are welcome here. We are looking forward to your interest!

The Art-Quartier is located in the Potsdam Cultural Landscape in the immediate vicinity of Lake Jungfern. For 2 guests, the apartment offers a romantic and quiet place for complete relaxation. It is also an ideal starting point for excursions to the parks and castles. Cecelienhof Palace is, for example, only a 10-minute walk away. The historic city center offers all tourist amenities with a wide range of cultural activities.

Enjoy life by the lake at this peaceful and centrally-located place to stay. Our apartment has just been renovated with a lot of love for detail. The fitted kitchen, spacious bathroom with a bathtub, underfloor heating and large terrace invite you to relax and work. Swimming on the property at the jetty with us at the Nixe Yachthafen Potsdam is possible for the brave almost all year round ;-).

Downtown Potsdam, live in the Dutch Quarter.

The apartment is on the first floor in the courtyard building. There is a living room, a kitchen and a shower room. A cozy outdoor area is all yours too. You will stay in a Dutch house in the Holl. Quarter. Downtown location with 1-minute walk to the tram. The main train station can be reached via 4 stations. Almost all attractions, food, drink, shopping are within walking distance.
