There are four apartments and two medical practices in the building, behind which there is a car park that is locked at night.

30 sqm studio with private terrace, barbecue and views of the large, shady garden. Due to the location in the annex of the main house (first floor), it is very quiet. A crib and highchair are provided. The apartment is close to the city center and the train station (each 500 m). City park with playground and indoor swimming pool are about 200 meters away. Free parking is available about 150 meters away. Bicycles can be safely parked in the courtyard.

Gommern is a small town in the countryside near Magdeburg (15 km). In summer, nearby lakes invite you to swim (free access). Long walks or a short bike ride – we have plenty of nature to offer and are happy to provide excursion tips.
