Through the panoramic window, you have a breathtaking view of the mountains and the climatic health resort of Bad Grund. From May 10th to June 24th, façade work will be carried out on the building. During this period, scaffolding will be erected around the house. The flat is lovingly furnished and has a large balcony with a breathtaking view. Situated a few hundred metres away from St. Andreasberg, it is wonderfully quiet, yet everything is within walking distance. The apartment is particularly characterized by modern furnishings in a cozy chalet style as well as the magnificent view of the Matthias Schmidt mountain. The sauna invites you to relax after a busy, sporty day.

Hobby room

We offer a non-smoking room for 1-3 people (30 m²) in the basement with private bathroom (shower/toilet) and entrance. The room with 2.40 m ceiling height has a single bed for 1 person and a sofa bed for 2 people. We are dog-friendly by arrangement. Our house is located on a quiet side street at the exit of the village. Hiking trails and shopping are within 5 minutes. The bicycle storage is lockable.

This is how to stay on vacation: Three double bedrooms and three shower rooms, a superbly equipped kitchen, fireplace, dining room, small pantry kitchen on the slope, a large furnished terrace area and a fantastic view of the Harz Mountains from everywhere. A double bedroom and a shower room are located on the sloping floor and are accessible via a rustic staircase from the first floor.
