Haus Iris is an independent small terraced house on two floors with its own entrance. Downstairs are the bathroom, the kitchen-living room and the living room with access to the covered terrace. Our cozy and popular penthouse apartment is available again for guests after I have lived in it myself for a year! The apartment has two bedrooms and also has a sofa bed (1.20 m lying surface) in the living room and is well suited for up to 5 people. There is also a fully equipped, closed kitchen, a bathroom with tub, shower and window and an extra toilet. There is a dining table for 6 people in the living room.

Welcome to Werder, a small village 5 km from Bockenem and the A7 with connection to the A39. Hanover, Braunschweig and Goslar can be reached in about 30 minutes. Shopping and restaurants are in and around Bockenem. The Harz and the Weserbergland invite you to hike and cycle. Motorcyclists will also get their money's worth here. We ourselves ride motorcycles and are happy to assist you with tour questions.
