A protected south-facing loggia promises many hours of sunshine. The cozy bedroom is under the roof.

Panoramic views & pure wellness! Enjoy your break on the 5th floor with a great view! Our cosy 45 sqm apartment is the ideal spot for hikers, bikers or a romantic weekend. The Kristall Saunatherme, the forest and two swimming lakes are all within easy walking distance. You can find everything you need, such as a bakery, restaurants and a pharmacy, right in the village. Pets are welcome! Space: Ideal for 2-4. A 5th guest can sleep on the sofa if necessary (please bring your own bedding and pillow).

Recreation in the forest settlement of Glashütte, House Iris

Haus Iris is an independent small terraced house on two floors with its own entrance. Downstairs are the bathroom, the kitchen-living room and the living room with access to the covered terrace. Upstairs are the two bedrooms: The large one with a double bed, the small one with two single beds. As is customary in vacation homes, duvet covers and towels are not included in the price, but can be provided for €7.50 per person per week. A Tesla charging station is 5 km away on the highway.

Important: The basic price is valid for up to 4 people, (each additional person 10,00€ per day) Bed linen and towels can be brought along, for 12€ a linen package can be booked. The guest fee is 3,00€ (pers./n.) 1,65€ (6 -17 J.) Hiking and cycling trails are located directly near the property Excellent view of the nearby pond (swimming) and the mountain meadows. The apartment is fully equipped.

The "WanderLust" is located in the heart of Bad Harzburg. Hiking trails, the Harz National Park, the game reserve, parks and the city are within walking distance in a few minutes. We are happy to reveal our insider tips ;-) The apartment is comfortably designed with fireplace & TV and designed for 2-3 people. We bought a travel mattress for a 3rd person. However, we can only offer bedding for 2 guests. We are happy to provide a crib for toddlers free of charge.

Skulpturen und Kunstwerke in der Ferienwohnung erinnern noch heute an sein Schaffen und verleihen dem Haus seinen besonderen Charakter. Der große Garten und die ruhige Lage am Wald laden zu erholsamen Tagen mit Familie oder Freunden ein.

Welcome to Werder, a small village 5 km from Bockenem and the A7 with connection to the A39. Hanover, Braunschweig and Goslar can be reached in about 30 minutes. Shopping and restaurants are in and around Bockenem. The Harz and the Weserbergland invite you to hike and cycle. Motorcyclists will also get their money's worth here. We ourselves ride motorcycles and are happy to assist you with tour questions.
