An all-round successful booking! Although pets are allowed, there was no hair or the like in the house. The cleaner can feel tapped on the shoulder: Everything was very clean and well maintained. The fireplace worked great and the kitchen was above average well stocked. There was plenty of room to live in, and we also found many games that sweetened our children's evening hours. Finally, we found it very pleasant and relieving in every way that each of the 3 floors had its own toilet. We really enjoyed the time in Lonau! Small special feature on the edge: In the village, there is a mini golf course, which can be played free of charge. The highlight is that everyone can borrow a racket, balls and a game plan from a large storage box for free!

This is a very cozy house, located directly on the edge of the forest and on several hiking trails. We were in the house the second time, it was all satisfactory. The kitchen is very clean, overall everything is harmonious and reasonably rustic to the resin.

Andreas was super accessible and proactive in communicating. In front of the door, the road is really narrow with an SUV or bus can be tricky. The place was great for a family meeting with 7 children. Thx

The cottage is part of a complex with many vacation homes. The living there was very quiet and relaxing. We felt right at home. The house has everything we need: from extensive kitchen furnishings to Wi-Fi, board games, books and TV to comfy beds and a light-filled, beautiful bathroom. Communication with the hosts worked flawlessly We also quickly had a contact person with organizational questions. We'll be back and recommend this place.

Staying at Barbel’s place was a good decision. The hosts are very friendly and nice people. They quickly replied my messages and met us as soon as we arrived. The house is nice and comfortable, kitchen is equipped for cooking. It was quite cold to stay there in winter even though the heating was on. We had to decide whether we want to have some fresh air and ventilate the room or sleep in warm. Especially uncomfortable to walk without slippers since the floor is so cold. The location of the house is not so far from the city center by car, also there are several supermarkets in a few minutes drive. On the other hand there are no good places to eat or any entertainment nearby, so you need to drive everywhere. Overall I liked our stay and would come back during warmer times

We had some good days in the house. 8 man on a bike ride. The house is perfectly located for cycling routes but also dining and coziness after a day. Nice modern house with everything you need. Especially the many modern toilets and bathrooms were lovely. We had simple questions for the landlord and got a quick response both via email and in the Airbnb app. Highly recommend.

We spent a wonderful Christmas week in Herzberg am Harz. The house is nice and spacious with a large living room, kitchen and three large bedrooms. A nice place to relax. There was plenty to prepare a nice Christmas dinner. And we did a winter bbq. Pros were also the shower with extremely hard jet and not to forget the football table! The house is on the edge of the Harz. By car, we made beautiful trips. A 20-minute drive turned out to be a lot of snow. It's a beautiful area.

The accommodation is great for taking many easy hikes in the immediate vicinity. The communication with Michael was very good - Michael responds quickly and has responded flexibly to all our inquiries! The accommodation is a great value for money!!! There are plenty of things to explore in the apartment. The idea with the beverage fridges/supplies is great. We were 12 people - that worked very well. If you want to eat together in a room (e.g. kitchen), it will be difficult with more people. That should be borne in mind.

Our weekend stay in Sankt Andreasberg was just beautiful! Already upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed, which immediately gave us a good feeling. The place was spotlessly clean and very tidy so we could feel right at home. The quiet surroundings and the cozy atmosphere of the house perfectly rounded off our stay. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely be happy to come back. Thank you for the great hospitality!

The place is great for families. The children's room with 2 beds and an additional mattress and games and painting was immediately accepted by our little ones... The location is also very suitable for excursions to the Harz. They were very nice days!

We had a wonderful weekend with the whole family (" 3 parties"). Each room had its own bathroom and the upper rooms were great size as well as access to the balcony. Cars could be parked right in front of the property. Quiet neighborhood. The amenities of the entire apartment were exclusive & high quality (which is not self-evident in our eyes). The cleanliness was excellent! Ms. Lauenstein took care of us very warmly, and a change of illness was also implemented to our complete satisfaction! Many thanks again for this :)

We felt very comfortable at the place. From the panoramic window of the living room you have a great view. From the property you can easily reach the many hiking trails. We will be happy to come back.

A really nicely decorated cottage with a lot of attention to detail. We felt right at home, it was super clean and small attentions (for people and dogs) welcomed us right away. Everything was straightforward, even the very dear neighbor was happy about the dog ❤️ Thank you for everything.

We had a great time in grinding shop II. The room concept invites you to linger with the high ceiling and floor-to-ceiling windows, we hardly wanted to leave the apartment. The Airbnb is super modernly furnished with underfloor heating and electric roof windows. The kitchen is a dream and has state-of-the-art amenities. The location is super quiet and in the boiler house with the beautiful view of the valley you have a lot of privacy and when you open the windows you can hear the slight sound of the adjacent creek. We can 100% recommend a weekend at Hartmut and Friederike and would have liked to have stayed longer.

We, two families with a total of five children, had a very nice holiday in this really great apartment. Everything was available in the apartment and nothing was lacking. I highly recommend this apartment and find the price for such a nice apartment reasonable. The contact with Tilo & team was excellent. We would also like to come back ;)
