The Chalet is situated in Carinthia in 1875 meters at the beautiful Falkertsee. The house has four exceptional bedrooms with 12 beds. The location is perfect for hiking or skiing in winter. We have a small fitness library and 4 TV`s for rainy days. The brandnew Outdoor Sauna with panorama view and the 50sq. gym with own shower and toilet. Enjoy this cozy apartment with large balcony and partial view of Lake Faak. Very centrally located and only a few minutes' walk from the public beach (free). The beautifully furnished apartment can accommodate two people. Open-plan kitchen and living area with pleasant atmosphere, spacious bathroom and bedroom. Bikes can be parked in the private, lockable basement compartment. A grocery store is opposite.

Vacation home in a secluded location and with a great view

The vacation home with garden is in an idyllic location at 845 m above sea level in the municipality of Liebenfels, about 20 km from Klagenfur. From the terrace, you have a beautiful panoramic view of the Karawanken and the entire Glantal. The location is perfect for nature hikes and swimming in surrounding lakes. Some ski resorts are 40-60 minutes by car. The house is about 60 m² and also has a sauna.
