Cozy Top-Floor Apartment

Located in the attic of a residential house you will find a flat with one bedroom, a spacious lobby, an infrared sauna and shower. There is a direct shuttle to the Red Bull Circuit in Spielberg available from the flat's town. The shuttle takes 50 minutes per direction and drops you off right at the circuit. I put the details into the photos - you can contact me too for more information. The shuttle leaves early in the morning (8:20AM) and returns in the evening.

The self-contained residential unit is located in the garden wing of a Mediterranean-style private house just ten minutes from Klagenfurt and Lake Wörthersee. I live on the upper floors with my family. The twenty-meter long pool and the fantastic garden, which is located directly in front of your bedroom, can be used at any time. You will find 2 small cozy rooms each with a double bed (140 cm); a spacious living room including kitchen, counter, dining table and sofa bed (and of course TV). A functional bathroom with shower and toilet - and of course a terrace with seating. We offer parking right outside the door.

The stilt-felt studio offers a spacious bedroom/living space to the west as well as a bathroom with bathtub. The highlight is an additional stove to be fired with wood . The single bed can be extended to a comfortable double bed (160 cm). There is also a small cooking facility and a fridge. A sink is not provided and the dishes can be done in the bathroom.
