Das Apartment Smaragd befindet sich im Ferienhaus "Kathi´s Juwel" im Herzen von Seeboden. Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Obergeschoß des Hauses und zeichnet sich durch seine Größe aus. Das Highlight dieses Apartments ist der riesige Wohn- Essbereich mit Küche. Hier wurden das Interieur perfekt auf die baulichen Gegebenheiten zugeschnitten. Für Gäste stehen genügend Parkplätze im Hof am Grundstück zur Verfügung. Das Apartment ist sehr zentral gelegen. Man erreicht den See in wenigen Gehminuten.

The Hotel is in the Centre of Bad Gastein and in walking distance to the skilift. Several Bars, Pubs and Restaurants are also close. The apartment has one bedroom and one living room, 42-50 qm with a fully equipped kitchen. The Hotel has also lots of amenities for children, a fitness centre and spa & wellness area to relax after long skiing day. A tax of 4,50 € has to be paid per person & per day directly to the Hotel.
