The apartment has one bedroom and one living room, 25-30 qm with a fully equipped kitchen. It is also possible to have breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant. The Hotel has a bar, fitness centre and wellness area (pool, whirlpool, steaming room, quiet area) to relax after long skiing day. Tax of 4,50 € has to be paid per person & per day direct to the Hotel.

The apartment has direct access to the slopes. Enjoy the breathtaking views from the garden. In the hotel next door, the wellness area can be used for €25. Accessible by car via the toll road with a vignette from me or by gondola.

Das Highlight ist das Badezimmer mit seinem extravaganten Design, wo jeder Zentimeter perfekt ausgenutzt wurde. Für Gäste stehen genügend Parkplätze im Hof am Grundstück zur Verfügung. Das Apartment ist, sehr zentral gelegen. Man erreicht den See, den Hauptplatz und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in wenigen Gehminuten.

The village centre with localities and shops is only a few metres away.
