In winter, we have 1 locker on the slopes exclusively for our guests.

The Gradisch forest house was renovated to the highest standard in 2022. Short driving times to the Carinthian ski resorts: Gerlitzen 20 minutes; Bad Kleinkirchheim 25 minutes; Turracherhöhe 35 minutes and to Lake Wörthersee and Lake Ossiach each 15 minutes. The large Zirbenstube as well as the pool heated with geothermal energy, a small sauna, the designer kitchen and a pool table are the highlights of this house.

Choose your favorite place in this charming house overlooking Lake Wörthersee. It impresses with its particularly beautiful location, its loving furnishings with plenty of space inside and outside. The lake can be reached on foot on a shady path in 5 minutes. There you will find two free outdoor pools of the municipality and invite you to swim. We rent our Cozy Lake Cottage for all nature lovers with 85 m² of living space and 300 m² of private lake area just for you. Our property has a park and forest area with about 65,000 m². Sports lovers have the opportunity to jog, swim, take walks or simply enjoy the tranquility. The house has a kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom also has a sofa bed) for a total of 4 to 6 people, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom.
