The house by the lake, my lifelong dream. But too big to use on my own. Away from mass tourism, nestled in the mountains, right by the lake, surrounded by forests. Inside and around the house, everything is very spacious for both people and animals. Very important to us personally. In addition to the BBQ/fire pits, sauna, private jetty, beanbags and garden swings, rowing boat, SUP board and garden shed (‘Villa Seen-Sucht’), our guests can use everything… that way, it’s more fun for all of us. The Ederhof is a permaculture farm in the Großglockner area, Hohe Tauern National Park. A small alpine hut with an earth sauna and a wet biotope, located about 200m from the farmstead. The hut, with a view of the mountains and into the valley, is quaint and cozy in its simplicity. Natural materials give the living comfort a lovely warm character. With its restriction to the essentials, it provides the space for silence. The alpine hut can be booked all year round.

Vacation home in a secluded location and with a great view

The vacation home with garden is in an idyllic location at 845 m above sea level in the municipality of Liebenfels, about 20 km from Klagenfur. From the terrace, you have a beautiful panoramic view of the Karawanken and the entire Glantal. The location is perfect for nature hikes and swimming in surrounding lakes. Some ski resorts are 40-60 minutes by car. The house is about 60 m² and also has a sauna.
