You rent a small but charming detached house with balcony, terrace and small garden, only 8 minutes walk from the lido Faak/See. To the north, from the terrace, you have a clear view of the Gerlitze skiing area, to the south, from the balcony, you can see "our local mountain" Mittagskogel. Faak am See is only a 10-minute drive from the Villach traffic hub. In summer, this region offers countless opportunities for swimming and hiking, and in winter, skiing in the border triangle.

Our luxury chalet (120sqm) has three spacious bedrooms as well as a luxurious bathroom on each floor. In addition, there is an indoor sauna on the second floor. The dining and living area on the ground floor is also spacious with a pull-out corner sofa, large dining table and comfortable chairs. There is a south-facing terrace. The chalet is clad in aluminum walls, which create a cozy flair. There are two private parking spaces available directly at the chalet.

This house with ~ 270m ² living space is furnished in the style of the 70s and comfortable. The ground floor is divided into kitchen, living room, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom + separate toilet and pantry. On the 1st floor there are 4 bedrooms for 2 persons each with their own shower + WC, 3 of them with a balcony and TV. In the attic is a spacious studio apartment as can be seen on the photos. Relaxation zone on our own fish ponds incl. Barbecue area.

The apartment for 2 persons is cozy and lovingly furnished and is characterized above all by its quiet location, good forest air and the large terrace (30 sqm), and is our best booked apartment. On the terrace, there is terrace furniture and sun loungers. Our in-house private bathroom and the partly discounted, inexpensive beach is only 2-3 min by foot. With us, the guest is king and we always strive to beautify our guests' vacation.
