The house by the lake, my lifelong dream. But too big to use on my own. Away from mass tourism, nestled in the mountains, right by the lake, surrounded by forests. Inside and around the house, everything is very spacious for both people and animals. Very important to us personally. In addition to the BBQ/fire pits, sauna, private jetty, beanbags and garden swings, rowing boat, SUP board and garden shed (‘Villa Seen-Sucht’), our guests can use everything… that way, it’s more fun for all of us. A truly special place!

Den Bahnhof Pritschitz erreichen Sie in 7 min zu Fuss. Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind auch in 7 min Fussweg zu erreichen.

A high-quality holiday resort in Seeboden with an indoor pool and impressive views of Lake Millstatt and the mountains. The holiday home is quietly located on the edge of the forest on the sunny hill above Seeboden, with direct access to the extensive network of hiking and cycling trails. The peaceful location is ideal for relaxation and as a starting point for summer and winter activities. We offer free use of two e-bikes and invite our guests, if possible, to sail on our yacht.

The apartment (26 m²) with large corner balcony and direct lake/mountain view is located between Velden (5.5 km) and Pörtschach (3.2 km) on Lake Wörthersee, on the main road that leads around the lake. Just 350 m away, within walking distance, is the public, free lake access (toilets, changing rooms available). Töschling train station and the bus stop are only a few meters away. We have a small fitness library and 4 TV`s for rainy days. The brandnew Outdoor Sauna with panorama view and the 50sq. gym with own shower and toilet. Costs on site: electricity according to consumption, additional firewood, visitor's tax, additional garbage bags that are needed

Our apartment is located between mountain and lake, in the heart of Carinthia. The apartment itself (about 100 square meters) is furnished in a "country house" style and scores with coolness in summer and warmth in winter. The largest part is the living, dining and kitchen area, where there is plenty of space for cozy togetherness. The smaller part is divided into three bedrooms, bathroom and toilet.
