The house by the lake, my lifelong dream. But too big to use on my own. Away from mass tourism, nestled in the mountains, right by the lake, surrounded by forests. Inside and around the house, everything is very spacious for both people and animals. Very important to us personally. In addition to the BBQ/fire pits, sauna, private jetty, beanbags and garden swings, rowing boat, SUP board and garden shed (‘Villa Seen-Sucht’), our guests can use everything… that way, it’s more fun for all of us. A truly special place!

In our Heidi Chalets you will find an interesting mix of traditional solid wood construction with ecological construction and modern comfort. Furnished with a lot of love for detail, it is the perfect place to relax in the middle of the UNESCO World Heritage Nockberge at 1,850 m. Our chalets are located not far from Lake Falkert in a sunny south-facing and panoramic location. In winter you have direct access to the cross-country ski trail or ski slopes and winter hiking trails.

The Chalet is situated in Carinthia in 1875 meters at the beautiful Falkertsee. The house has four exceptional bedrooms with 12 beds. The location is perfect for hiking or skiing in winter. We have a small fitness library and 4 TV`s for rainy days. The brandnew Outdoor Sauna with panorama view and the 50sq. gym with own shower and toilet. Cottalegno vacation home

Our apartment is located between mountain and lake, in the heart of Carinthia. The apartment itself (about 100 square meters) is furnished in a "country house" style and scores with coolness in summer and warmth in winter. The largest part is the living, dining and kitchen area, where there is plenty of space for cozy togetherness. The smaller part is divided into three bedrooms, bathroom and toilet.
