The house by the lake, my lifelong dream. But too big to use on my own. Away from mass tourism, nestled in the mountains, right by the lake, surrounded by forests. Inside and around the house, everything is very spacious for both people and animals. Very important to us personally. In addition to the BBQ/fire pits, sauna, private jetty, beanbags and garden swings, rowing boat, SUP board and garden shed (‘Villa Seen-Sucht’), our guests can use everything… that way, it’s more fun for all of us. A truly special place!

Heidi Chalets Falkertsee - Luxury Chalet Mountain Winter

In our Heidi Chalets you will find an interesting mix of traditional solid wood construction with ecological construction and modern comfort. Furnished with a lot of love for detail, it is the perfect place to relax in the middle of the UNESCO World Heritage Nockberge at 1,850 m. Our chalets are located not far from Lake Falkert in a sunny south-facing and panoramic location. In winter you have direct access to the cross-country ski trail or ski slopes and winter hiking trails.

The Chalet is situated in Carinthia in 1875 meters at the beautiful Falkertsee. The house has four exceptional bedrooms with 12 beds. The location is perfect for hiking or skiing in winter. We have a small fitness library and 4 TV`s for rainy days. The brandnew Outdoor Sauna with panorama view and the 50sq. gym with own shower and toilet. Costs on site: electricity according to consumption, additional firewood, visitor's tax, additional garbage bags that are needed

Fully equipped apartment (105 m²) with kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, large salon, conservatory, terrace and garden seating. Property in a quiet, park-like ambience with old trees. Private parking. Good bus and train connections! Beach only 12 minutes walk away, hiking and biking trails around Lake Wörthersee, many excursions as well as attractions (Minimundus, etc.) nearby, 7 km from the center of Klagenfurt and 3 km from the Alpen-Adria-Universität.

The flat is located with direct lake access on Lake Ossiach, just 4 km from the Gerlitzen Kanzelbahn car park (Kanzelplatz 2, 9520 Annenheim) and 6.6 km from the centre of Villach (main railway station). On 55m² you will find a bedroom, living room with sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom, toilet and a 20m² terrace with a fantastic view of Lake Ossiach and the Gerlitzen Alpe. The flat is suitable for up to 4 people and invites you to relax or enjoy an active holiday.
