House on the lake (4/4), summer dream with enjoyment & nature

The house by the lake, my lifelong dream. But too big to use on my own. Away from mass tourism, nestled in the mountains, right by the lake, surrounded by forests. Inside and around the house, everything is very spacious for both people and animals. Very important to us personally. In addition to the BBQ/fire pits, sauna, private jetty, beanbags and garden swings, rowing boat, SUP board and garden shed (‘Villa Seen-Sucht’), our guests can use everything… that way, it’s more fun for all of us. A truly special place!

Andi‘s Mountainchalet

Very close to the location, at the foot of the Wimitzer Mountains is also the idyllically located Goggausee. As a small swimming lake halfway between the district town of Feldkirchen and the rural market community Weitensfeld, it is located far from tourist centers in a landscape reserve. The mountain cottage has about 59 m² of living space, has 2 bedrooms, 1 living and dining room with kitchen, as well as 2 bathrooms and an approx. 13 m² terrace. It is located at about 1000 m above sea level.

Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

The chalet is located at an altitude of 1720 m, has a sauna and is accessible by car all year round. For summer vacationers, there are hiking and mountain biking opportunities. Lake Ossiach can be reached in 25 minutes by car. In winter you are in the middle of the Gerlitzen ski resort. The chairlift of the Wörthersee descent is a 2-minute walk away. Ski tours or snowshoe hikes along the snow-covered ski slopes or in the forest are also popular.
