Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Capoliveri

We spent two weeks in the house while our friends with two small children (1.5 and 5) stayed in the house next door. The property is fantastic, the garden and the view of the sea marvellous - a little paradise. There are plenty of cosy spots and numerous sun loungers. In autumn (October) the hours of sunshine are shorter, partly because the house is on the north side of the island. However, the mornings were sunny and warm and I could imagine that in the summer months you would be very happy about the many nice shady spots. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to cook simple things. there is also plenty of storage space for groceries or personal items. The bathroom is spacious and very nice. Everything was very clean and the flat is lovingly and cosily furnished. We would book again in a heartbeat and hope it's not the last time we stay there.

Heidi's villa is a small jewel, located in a quiet and reserved location but very close (5 minutes by car) to the town of Porto Azzurro where you can find everything you need (supermarkets, restaurants, shops...). The view from the house is wonderful and the outdoor space is perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The house is small but very clean, equipped with every comfort and cozy, perfectly according to the description and photos provided by Heidi. We had a great time! Our dog loved the garden and dog beach right below the house! The only small mole in terms of our habits was the fact that it was not possible to completely obscure the bedrooms and therefore the light in the morning woke us up quite early! Heidi was always extremely quick and kind in the places and, although distant, available at any time we needed her.

Understandable and welcome for us: the price is for the location. For us, too much luxury would put it in the shade. A few renovations, especially the furnishings of a cozy corner, where you can get together and sometimes cuddly, would still not hurt. We had a very good time either way and thoroughly enjoyed the nature encounters, the view, the starry sky, the sea and last but not least the away from crowded beaches.

Had a great stay at Michele's! The apartment is very newly renovated and has everything you need. We visited during the off-season so we were grateful for the stove providing us warmth in the evenings. Michele was very friendly and helpful, being flexible with our check in and check out times. The apartment is open, except for the bathroom but we made it work just fine. Rio is a nice and quiet little town with a beautiful view and perfect to chill out and relax. Its not far from the ocean either, so with a short drive you will be at the beach. All in all a great place :)

Wonderful place, friendly people, beautiful views. We were a family of 4. Here you can rest, relax, think and stop for a moment. You'll feel like you're in paradise. Here you will find something for yourself and your child. Very large, clean swimming pool, jacuzzi, sun loungers, umbrellas. Beautiful orchard. You can play football, table tennis. You can have a barbecue in the orchard, and in the morning when you get up you can drink coffee on the terrace with a beautiful view. The apartment is sensational. Very clean in all rooms. The city is 5 minutes away by car. In the city, there is a variety of shops. You'll find everything you want. From here you can get to many other interesting places. If you want to stay in a quiet and typical place in an Elban city, go to Francesco's! Once found, the car park near the tennis courts allows you to park your car for free near the apartment. As it says, the square is 100 steps away and you will find a nice bakery/grocery store for breakfasts, a bar for evening cocktails and 3 restaurants. In addition, Rio Marina and the sea are only a few minutes away. In short, we had a great stay in this place, clean and well decorated.

A wonderful house with beautiful outdoor seating. We felt very comfortable. A beautiful view from the sea and quiet location. We can only recommend it.

We stayed 4 nights in this fantastic apartment in Capoliveri, Giovanni and his wife made us feel at home, we had a really good time. The apartment has a spatial view of the valley below and the sea, it is also a short walk from Capoliveri, Porto Azzurro and many fantastic beaches nearby, it is equipped with all possible amenities, the rooms are very beautiful, the furniture new and efficient. Perfect stay on the beautiful island Elba! Very cosy apartment with walking distance to the water! Francesco was very helpful both with tips and instructions, and answered quickly. Definitely recommend!!

The elevated position of the house allows very nice views of the village of Capoliveri and the sea in the southwest and northeast. Large terrace, cozy place to rest on the sofa or sun loungers or to eat at the table with panoramic views. Two bathrooms are practical and spacious, the kitchen compact and functional for this apartment size. The village is easily reached on foot, the ascent is also easy to manage after dinner in the village. The parking space in the garage is very convenient. Unfortunately, no bed, kitchen or bath linens are offered, these must be brought along.

Beautiful apartment right by the seaside.

Very well-stocked apartment, clean and very close to Capoliveri beach and Felciaio beach (10 minutes walk). Warm shower and ample outdoor space are very useful. Bathroom a little small, but with a comfortable shower and great water pressure. Large private parking. Highly recommended and definitely a point of reference for the area!

The view from the apartment is just great 🥰 and both terraces are great for sitting and lingering. We had everything we needed in the apartment and could sleep well (AC is nice and quiet - room also dark enough for the kids) and relax☺️! The way to the beach is short (albeit steep) and there are 2 restaurants where you can eat well or take away. The water is super clear and very quiet and shallow. It is advisable to take a SUP + snorkel equipment with you, otherwise it may be a bit boring. We clearly recommend it!

We stayed in the apartment for two weeks. Maria Grazia is very kind and welcomed us by making us feel at home right away and responding immediately when we had some requests. From the garden the view is phenomenal and the location is convenient (in 15 minutes by car you can reach the blue port and the Lido di Capoliveri, in 20 the Gulf of Lacona). In a couple of minutes on foot you can reach the center of Capoliveri, which is always pleasantly lively in the evening. Highly recommended!

Very nice and quiet place. Nisportino beach 50 m away . Everything as described. Cristiano and Sonia are really very kind, they gave us useful information and were always available.

Even before arriving, we knew that the place perfectly matched our needs: a strategic location to move around the island easily, private parking, a quiet area and the possibility of enjoying the accommodation for any occasion. The house was impeccably clean, tidy and equipped with all the necessary comforts. Lorenzo is an attentive, helpful and kind host, he made us feel welcome. It will definitely be our new reference point for holidays on Elba!

The apartment is in a fantastic location, a few steps from the centre of Piombino and excellent restaurants. It's convenient and functional. Stefania is very nice and approachable.

We stayed in the apartment for a week as a family with two children at the end of September and enjoyed our stay very much! The apartment is very centrally located, with a beautiful view of the harbor and the piazza. The piazza is busy, but the windows are new and close well. In addition, one of the bedrooms goes to the back on a quieter alley. The apartment is extremely spacious and stylish and practically furnished. The beds are very comfortable and everything is available, especially the kitchen is very well equipped. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

The perfect apartment for seeing Porto Azurro. Very close to everything. The building and the apartment are beautiful and Silvia was so lovely and nice. The apartment has beautiful views all the way to the sea and the restaurants and shops are literally just downstairs. I liked it very much and would love to come back! :)
