Beachfront holiday rental in Capoliveri

We had a great holiday in a very spacious and clean house. The small rather little visited bay is right behind the accommodation. But here you should definitely think of sanding shoes, as there are large pebbles on both the beach and in the water. Giacomo has been a very friendly and helpful host and was easily accessible at all times. Thanks a lot!

Fantastic! We were in the apartment with 3 small children. The outdoor area offers plenty of space and a clear demarcation. The interiors are also perfect for families. The equipment of the kitchen is optimal. The location is great - close to the sea. Safe path. A quiet place with lots of activity options right outside the door.

I'm not sure I spoke to Jade about the reservation and to have some information, but anyone who wrote to me was always very friendly and helpful. During check-in and my stay, I interacted with my parents, especially Mrs. Gigliola. She always responded in a short time and was always extremely helpful. The apartment is as described. Convenient private parking 10 meters from the front door. Beautiful outdoor space with a coffee table, chairs and lounge chairs to enjoy the tranquility of the area, sunset sipping an aperitif or just resting. On the same, they also provided 2 wires to ventilate the clothes placed or, possibly for the laundry, which I washed by hand. In view of the season not yet very hot, they have provided an electric heater. Without taking the car you can start on GTE trekking. Nearest Minimarket is 5 min by car (not cheap), otherwise 30' there is the supermarket.

Davide welcomed us into his little slice of paradise from where you could admire the beauty of Capoliberi overlooking the sea in absolute tranquility. We were located in a strategic point 10 minutes from Capoliveri, Porto Azzurro and not far from Porto Ferraio. The apartment was very well organized with spaces, bright, clean and equipped. We got to meet Davide personally, a sunny and exquisite person and together with his wife they really take care of making a vacation a very pleasant memory. What can I say, Isola D Elba is a real surprise!

Great apartment in a very quiet location right on the beach. Equipped with everything you need, especially the kitchen has everything for cooking yourself. Matteo is also a nice host and always available. Gladly again at any time!

Roberto's accommodation is an 11 out of 10. The apartment is great, tiptop in order, super clean and equipped with attention to detail. At check-in, we were received super nicely and received a complete briefing for everything that is important. They also gave us tips on the beach. The apartment is nice and large and the huge terrace is an absolute dream. From this you have an incredibly beautiful view of the sea and we were able to enjoy the sunset over the sea every evening. From the apartment, it is only a few minutes' walk to two great beaches. If you want, you can rent pedal boats or a lounger with a parasol. But there is still plenty of space to find your own place in the beautiful gravel. Bathing shoes are necessary. During our stay, our host was always very easy to reach, super friendly and helpful. Our conclusion: - Great hosts - Top apartment - Fantastic location An absolute recommendation!

We felt extremely comfortable in Uberto's house. The proximity to the beach, the atmosphere of the property with a garden shower after a visit to the beach and the large shady garden were outstanding. The contact with the landlords, who were extremely friendly and welcoming, was just as great.

We spent two weeks in the house while our friends with two small children (1.5 and 5) stayed in the house next door. The property is fantastic, the garden and the view of the sea marvellous - a little paradise. There are plenty of cosy spots and numerous sun loungers. In autumn (October) the hours of sunshine are shorter, partly because the house is on the north side of the island. However, the mornings were sunny and warm and I could imagine that in the summer months you would be very happy about the many nice shady spots. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to cook simple things. there is also plenty of storage space for groceries or personal items. The bathroom is spacious and very nice. Everything was very clean and the flat is lovingly and cosily furnished. We would book again in a heartbeat and hope it's not the last time we stay there.

Beautiful house in the hills. Absolut privat place with a clean and modern house. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen has everything to start in the holiday's. The large terasse is covered and perfect for a beautiful evening. With bike or car you can reach the city in 2 minutes. The marina has a variety of restaurants and bars directly at the sea.

Having traveled to quite a few places I can honestly say this was one of the nicest accommodations I've ever stayed at. Very quiet and relaxing place, very friendly host, we had a perfect time.

We spent 2.5 great, relaxing week at the place and felt super comfortable. The place is exactly as described and Eleonora and Michele are very friendly and accommodating hosting. If we come back to Elba, we'll be happy to come back!

Filippo's accommodation was as described…Beautiful view, sometimes even dolphins visible from the terrace! Since our stay took place at the end of May, it was very quiet, the pool facilities and restaurants were still closed, but Filippo had already informed us and we enjoyed the quiet of the pre-season/nature! The accommodation was clean and everything was at our disposal. The way to the sea is easily accessible on foot in 5 minutes.... A beautiful beach awaits you!!! A car is definitely an advantage to explore Elba, as the accommodation is rather remote, but that did not bother us as it is located in a beautiful natural area. The accommodation is also well suited for dogs, and the beach is great for dogs! We had a wonderful time and can only recommend this accommodation!!!

A very special place that we were now able to enjoy for the second time. Peace and quiet in the beautiful surroundings of the property with the great view of the sea guaranteed! There were four of us again as a family with two adult children and cooked a lot in the well appointed kitchen. Loredana is a very good host who welcomed us in a friendly way even when we arrived at night after a car breakdown. Thank you for everything, Loredana! We will be happy to come back.

Our stay was fantastic! The location is just awesome: during the day you can explore Elba and enjoy the sunset and tranquility in the evening. A huge recommendation and we hope to come back again 😊

We were there as a family with three children and thought the place was great. We especially enjoyed the large, fantastic garden. It has various places with sun beds and lounge furniture and a large dining table with parasol (which also protects in the rain). From there we had a fantastic view of the sea. We enjoyed the evening sun on the square (solarium) above the house. From there you have a wonderful view. The apartment is cozy and well equipped and is very well maintained. After a thunderstorm, the boiler was broken and was immediately replaced by a new one. Communication with the owner was also great. He took care of everything right away and responded immediately. It is a 10-15 minute walk to the fantastic beach of Fetovaia. A bit of the way leads along the road, but this did not bother us. We give this apartment the top rating and will come back next year.

We had a wonderful 9-day vacation in this apartment and had a really good time with four of us. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed, making the stay very comfortable and carefree. The large garden with the possibility of barbecue was our corner of relaxation and outdoor fun. The area is quiet, perfect for those looking for peace and serenity, and the view is simply beautiful, a real spectacle for the eyes. Convenient parking has allowed us to move without stress. The owners were very kind and helpful, always ready to help us and give us advice. It is definitely a place that deserves to be visited and, without a doubt, a place to come back to! Highly recommended!

Very nice apartment. Small and basic but very cozy, very suitable for a couple. Beautiful location and surroundings. Many beautiful bays in the area, also within walking distance. Cozy village nearby with good restaurants and nice shops, with beautiful views over the sea and the mountains. Communication with host very good. Small terrace with sea view. We had very nice days. Would be nice if there were some more basics in the kitchen such as pepper and salt, olive oil, some other herbs, water on arrival, etc. Good to know that it is noisy; it is a row of some apartments next to each other and you hear almost everything about each other. The bed is a little moderate in quality. And price something on the high side for such a small apartment.

We had a wonderful week in the beautiful apartment with the breathtaking view of the sea and green hills. Boris and his family are extremely welcoming and provided help with anything we needed underway. We would love to come back!

We spent a few days at Casa Iolanda, but they were really great! The place is dreamy and the house is exactly as described. So much peace and tranquility, ideal for those looking for relaxation. The location is perfect for walks and the apartment is cool, spacious and newly renovated. Great outdoor space and barbecue. Enzo, Annalisa's dad, was super helpful and gave us many useful tips. My wife and I loved the small beach of Stecchi, a real gem, and the walk on the cliff to the Madonna delle Grazie was refreshing. The house is also comfortable to reach the center of the village, close to a small but functional Coop supermarket. Everything was very clean, from the rooms to the linens provided by Mrs. Lia, we had a great time and will be back in September. We highly recommend Casa Iolanda to those looking for a quiet vacation in a beautiful place!

Spacious apartment, equipped with all amenities and in the center of the delightful Porto Azzurro. The terrace overlooking the central square is perfect to enjoy the street of the village. A stone's throw away with wonderful water. Restaurants and shops all around. The house is clean, with ample spaces, less than 15 from Portoferraio (ferry arrival). Alessio was an exceptional host, kind and responsive. Thanks Alessio, we'll be back!
