Diana and her family are very quick and friendly to everything, very good service. The apartment is located slightly above the beach on a street, which you hardly hear at all and therefore does not disturb it. The beach is a 1-2-minute walk. The apartment is very well equipped, nothing is missing. We grilled in the garden, which also worked great. We had a nice cat in front of the door or in the garden at all times, which did not bother us, but perhaps worth mentioning with allergies. All in all, a great stay.

Even before my stay, I asked if I could keep my bicycle box stored at the house whilst I ride a cycling event, it was no trouble at all. Ettore also went out of the way to take me to the local supermarket as I only had a bicycle to get around. I was made very welcome and comfortable whilst staying at the cosy country house. The house had everything I needed, lots of space to use. I would definitely return back when I’m back in Tuscany.

Spacious and cozy house. Hosts are courteous and helpful. The place is quiet but relatively far from the beach (which we have always reached by car, but without problems given the presence of free parking near the house). Overall a great experience. Recommended

Great location, quite central, good attention, very well equipped, next door there is a food that opens late, the right price, the only thing to consider is that it is on the third floor, for those who are not a problem this is the perfect place to stay.

The space is modern and clean. All rooms have mosquito screens, which we greatly appreciated. In the kitchen you will find everything you need. Parking spot outside the house. You have your peace and feel comfortable with Paolo. He only speaks Italian, which was not an obstacle. In the village there is a small shop with fruits, cheese, meats and the usual items. Service very friendly. It is about a 20-minute walk to the house beach, by car 5. You can take some hikes directly from the house. Larger shops can be reached in about 20 minutes by car.

The location is great both for touring the island and to go comfortably to Lacona beach on foot, the view is very nice and you are practically a stone's throw from a very good restaurant/bar. The bathroom is large and quite comfortable, the outdoor area is identical and very peaceful. The sofa bed is a little uncomfortable but overall we had a good time. Watch out for the fridge, it doesn't have a freezing space that could come in handy for those like us who had brought ice cream for the fridge bag.

Barbara is a wonderful host! We had a great time at her place. The apartment was spot less clean , very close to the marina center and the beach. Highly recommend!

Apartment in a great location to visit Piombino, very close to Piazza Bovio and the historic center but at the same time with the possibility of parking nearby. Daniele welcomed us for check-in, always starting clearly, we did not need him for the duration of the stay but he had still made himself available.

With his wonderful beachfront house Paolo has allowed us to spend an unforgettable holiday. Not only is the house equipped with everything, but it is also in an absolutely strategic point to reach the most evocative places on the island. Paolo is an impeccable and courteous host, he was understanding and flexible towards our forgetfulness and gave us all the information we needed. We really hope to be back!

The apartment met all expectations, Monica was a reliable and very kind host. The location of the apartment is fantastic, in the evening you can enjoy the sunset from the balcony. In 5 minutes you can walk to a fantastic bay as well as in the beautiful town with city beach, promenade and shops. 10/10 would come again

We stayed in this apartment for a few days and the experience was really nice. The location is perfect for those looking for tranquility: away from the chaos, but still well connected to explore the entire island comfortably. The accommodation is attention to detail, very clean and equipped with all the necessary comforts to feel at home: equipped kitchen, air conditioning, stable Wi-Fi and even an outdoor area ideal for relaxing in the evening or having lunch outdoors. The owner was helpful and attentive, giving us great advice on what to see and where to eat. A great choice for those who want a comfortable and relaxing base from which to discover the island. We would recommend it without hesitation!

Erika's apartment is great, well equipped located in a convenient location and from which you can see the sea with the island of Elba. Erika is a very helpful and friendly person. We will definitely be coming back! Thanks Erika.

Stefania's apartment is well equipped, with a cozy sofa, kitchen with dishwasher and all essential utensils, rooms with good beds and air conditioning. We felt very comfortable there. Piombino and its surroundings are highly recommended, especially the picturesque old town and the nature reserve rich in plants, where you can enjoy beautiful hiking. There are various beaches to choose from, which can be easily reached on foot. There is a large supermarket near the apartment. Since we were travelling without a car, we walked quite a lot, so you get some exercise, also because the apartment is on the fourth floor.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this property! The location was perfect—peaceful, yet close to everything. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities you could ask for. Francesca was very responsive and helped out with everything. I highly recommend this place and would definitely love to return in the future!

We had a great time in Nisporto. We were four people and had plenty of space on in the two bedrooms and terrace. The pullout couch was more than comfortable for our ten day stay. The pool is right in front of the terrace and the beach a 3 min walk. We always found free sunbeds at the pool, and was able to rent sunbeds and umbrellas at the beach, which also had a small bar. The area is quiet and there is not much to do in Nisporto, which was perfect for us. We rented towels from our host, which were delivered to us on arrival. Our host was very responsive and helpful. A great place for a relaxing vacation.

We loved our stay in cavo. The pool and the view from the balcony is particularly good. Giulia is a lovely person who’s taken a lot of time to write clear instructions. The Sassi Rossi was our favourite restaurant near by

Very nice, modern and sparkling clean accommodation in a beautiful and spacious hotel complex in a quiet location. We enjoyed our stay and Simona was a great host. It was just a pity that the pool area was not yet open in mid-April. Thank you, dear Simona, we will definitely come back someday!

Couple stay in September. Perfect space for two, enough equipped kitchen, wonderful bathroom. The property is super convenient both for its centrality to the most interesting places and for the logistics of the structure, having a market (Carrefour) and a bar with tobacco resale. Welcoming and accurate staff in every explanation.
