The apartment is the ground floor of a villa that is occasionally inhabited by the owners on the upper floor; it was completely renovated in the winter of 2018/19, both bathroom and kitchen, as well as furnishings, both internal and external. The furnishings are of excellent quality and have been chosen with great taste. The strong point is definitely the proximity to the beach, which can be reached by walking along a private staircase, but also the tranquility of the area and the outdoor space reserved for it.

A peaceful area in the countryside with good local facilities. It's great out of season too for walking or cycling. Its a sunny apartment but very cool inside. In the winter months there is heating. The apartment is on the ground floor but has a few steps to reach the apartment from the car park. There is also free parking facilities.

Here the true Elban spirit still survives today. The house is a 40 sqm two-room apartment, with two small bedrooms, a living room, kitchenette and bathroom. It has all the amenities, such as air conditioning, a washing machine, dishes, and a water storage tank if needed.
