Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Capoliveri

We spent two weeks in the house while our friends with two small children (1.5 and 5) stayed in the house next door. The property is fantastic, the garden and the view of the sea marvellous - a little paradise. There are plenty of cosy spots and numerous sun loungers. In autumn (October) the hours of sunshine are shorter, partly because the house is on the north side of the island. However, the mornings were sunny and warm and I could imagine that in the summer months you would be very happy about the many nice shady spots. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to cook simple things. there is also plenty of storage space for groceries or personal items. The bathroom is spacious and very nice. Everything was very clean and the flat is lovingly and cosily furnished. We would book again in a heartbeat and hope it's not the last time we stay there.

Federica was very nice and provided us with all the directions to facilitate our arrival. The apartment met our expectations, clean and tidy... nothing was missing! Thank you very much, we hope to be back soon!

The personal contact with Giacomo was very pleasant and friendly. The house is in a beautiful location outside of Marciana Marina. From there, you have a beautiful view of the sea and the mountains. We quickly got used to the steep, narrow road and also the access to the car park. We liked the house itself and the tasteful furnishings very much. A tip, apart from the cumbersome access directly from the parking lot, there is a 2nd access a little further above the street. This makes it easier to transport luggage, for example.

We spent beautiful days on Elba as a family. The children could play in the garden, the beautiful sandy beach was within walking distance. We were alone in the cottage, it was quiet and has everything you need. I particularly highlight the very good communication before and during the stay with the owners and Ivana. Ivana lives in Elba and takes care of everything on site. She is adorable and always very friendly and helpful! Thank you again!

Silvia's house is very nice, equipped, clean and unique location: terrace with sunset overlooking the sea, really very evocative. Mr. Marino was kind and helpful: he gave us useful tips for taking nice walks (ring walk of the old cellars of Chiessi: marvel for the eyes: which I highly recommend!) We had a great time on everything: magical island, impeccable house, the town center a few steps away, the places are very welcoming ... in short, good vibes 🤗 We will definitely be back ⛵️

A great house with a great location to spend a nice time with the family on Elba. The sea can be reached on foot in 10 minutes and there is also a small supermarket in 5 minutes by bike. Cities such as Portoferraio or Porto Azzuro can all be reached in about 15 minutes by car. The house even includes bikes with child seats and a BBQ. The house is very modern and also perfectly divided with the 2 bathrooms. Everything is also very well maintained and everything looks super new. Like I said, everything is perfect.

From the first moment, you can feel the meticulous care dedicated to every detail, making the environment welcoming and refined. The cleanliness is impeccable. The real highlight is undoubtedly the garden and the porch: fantastic outdoor spaces, designed to fully enjoy the conviviality. We spent unforgettable evenings dining outdoors immersed in an oasis of peace and beauty. The location is strategic: a short walk from the sea and all the necessary amenities, but at the same time secluded enough to ensure priceless privacy. A real retreat to get away from the routine. Mr. Giovanni was a very attentive and helpful host. I can only highly recommend Marcello's Cove House to anyone looking for a well-kept, comfortable home with outdoor spaces to live with a 4-legged friend.

The hostess Chiara was very friendly, helpful and quick to respond to questions. The apartment is really spotless and everything is available and in good condition. A beautiful panoramic view with sunrises and the town of Rio nell'Elba were impressive. The private parking is very safe. The place is recommended. Thanks, Jane, for the hospitality.

Sandra's apartment was exactly as described: well-kept, clean and tidy. We found the camping cot for our son, the bowls for the dog and also some very welcome breakfast products such as toast, jams, coffee pods, etc. Also outside the house there are many free parking spaces. Definitely recommended.

Beautiful apartment over 2 floors, quiet location, center of Porto Azzurro within a few minutes' walk. You have to bring towels and bed linen yourself, but otherwise there were a number of small things in the apartment (dishwashing detergent, sponge, dish towels, salt, pepper in the kitchen - soap, shampoo, toilet paper in the bathroom), which you often have to buy yourself at other accommodations. Beautiful private garden with parasol and sun loungers. Very good, trouble-free Wi-Fi connection. Also very good: the car is not in the blazing sun all day, but can be safely parked in a nearby, lockable single garage. Overall, the apartment was a very good choice!

We had a great time in Giorgio and Elena's house, a delightful independent apartment built from their home. Clean and welcoming, and equipped with a really nice outdoor veranda. Very convenient location for those with a car, in 5 minutes you are in Portoferraio. The owners were very attentive to our needs and gave us several suggestions on activities to do on the island. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful vacation: Elba is a real paradise! With its thousand colors it enchanted us and we plan to return, when possible , always in Marzia's lovely little apartment. Located in the center of Rio dell 'Elba - so convenient for amenities - but it is quiet and has allowed us to spend a restful and regenerating vacation. It is well equipped and extremely clean and tidy. Marzia is an impeccable host: caring and very willing to support us with information and tips.

Very well located and central accommodation on the island. All the interesting sites are 15 minutes away. The area is very quiet and the terrace is friendly to relax or have lunch. The accommodation is new and very clean. Antonella made us feel very welcome. We would recommend this listing.

We have felt very comfortable in Nisportino. Cristiano and Sofia are warm, helpful and always easy to reach. Here are a few personal (!) pluses and minuses: + Mosquito nets on all windows + Air conditioning in the bedrooms + Flexible, earlier arrival was possible + We were able to share the terrace of the vacant apartment + Small bay with nice pebbles, both in the morning and in the afternoon we found a shady spot + Outside shower for after the beach - A bit remote for excursions around the island - Pillows were very thin and hard - Restaurant on the beach was closed (early October) - A few more basics in the kitchen would be great, like bowls or a toaster - Wifi was only available in one place on the neighboring terrace, unfortunately we had no mobile reception anywhere either

Very nice apartment and well equipped, we especially liked the large veranda. The apartment is quiet and you are in the center in 10 minutes' walk, a supermarket (Conad) is right by the apartment, very convenient. We were on the island without a car and everything worked out just fine with the buses. Thank you Paola!

Very nice, modern and sparkling clean accommodation in a beautiful and spacious hotel complex in a quiet location. We enjoyed our stay and Simona was a great host. It was just a pity that the pool area was not yet open in mid-April. Thank you, dear Simona, we will definitely come back someday!

The perfect apartment for seeing Porto Azurro. Very close to everything. The building and the apartment are beautiful and Silvia was so lovely and nice. The apartment has beautiful views all the way to the sea and the restaurants and shops are literally just downstairs. I liked it very much and would love to come back! :)

We truly enjoyed our stay at Diaboliko - a funky apartment that is in a great location. It had everything we needed and an easy walk into town with much to do. We loved the town of Capoliveri - so lively at night with many great restaurants and entertainment in the town square. Highly recommend.

Fantastic apartment! I stayed for a week with my partner on the Island of Elba, the apartment is in a strategic position to visit the whole island, it is located in a quiet street and even if you do not find parking immediately in front of the house it is not difficult to find a place along the street or in the nearby parking lots. The kitchen is equipped with every tool you can use and the spaces in general are spacious, as well as the balcony where there is a comfortable table to sit for breakfast. The center of Porto Azzurro can be reached comfortably in a few minutes on foot, to return home there will be a nice climb to do, but better get used to the idea right away if you want to visit the Elbe. The hosts were very kind and always available throughout our stay despite not being on the island, in short, it was a beautiful experience, fully recommended!
