We had an amazing experience staying at this beautiful and comfortable home. The neighborhood was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The house had everything we needed for a fabulous vacation—from a fully equipped kitchen perfect for preparing any meal, to spacious rooms that made us feel right at home. In the evenings, we enjoyed unwinding with movies on the large TV. The location is fantastic, serving as a great base for exploring iconic cities like Cologne, Bonn, Düsseldorf, and Koblenz. Excellent restaurants are just around the corner, and for quick grocery runs, Aldi is only about a five-minute drive away. This property truly stands out as one of the most stunning places we’ve ever stayed. Michael was exceptionally responsive and kind, always keeping communication clear and helpful. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay.

We felt very comfortable in Kaya's small house and also enjoyed sitting a little in the quiet garden in the evening.

We had a great stay, we liked the entire furnishings very much, a lot of attention to detail, really all around comfortably furnished, so that you feel right at home. The loft was easy to find and the communication with Pasquale was flawless, with questions answered super quickly. We will certainly come back.

We had a very pleasant stay. Cedric and his family are very kind and welcoming. We enjoyed spending a weekend on their farm. The alpacas are a great addition, very nice to meet them.

Everything was perfect, the hostess was very responsive and created very comfortable conditions with a gorgeous view of the lake, we felt at home, the reality exceeded expectations and special thanks for the compliment in the form of flowers, fruits and sweets. I recommend it 100%!

The apartment is very conveniently located in the best area of Bochum, near to both the station and the central area as well as the pretty neighbourhood around the Schauspielhaus (theatre). and yet it's very quiet. Stayed there with a toddler, the place has got everything you may need for a family stay. I highly recommend it

Everything is great, the only small drawback is the TV, if you plan to watch something, you should bring a laptop with an HDMI cable to be able to watch something on the TV. (YouTube and co.) Otherwise, everything was great and I was very satisfied.

We were there over the weekend and were very satisfied. The location is wonderful for a trip to Lake Kemnader and you can also get to Bochum very quickly. Gholam was always available and organised everything very well.

We visit our family in Bochum regularly. And by chance, we came across Michael and Conny's apartment. Everything is a wonderful fit for us. In the basement you can also park bicycles which are just too ideal for extensive tours in the excellent bike path network. We'll be back later in the year.

Mandy was the best host a traveller could ask for. She was incredibly patient with all of my requests and went out of her way to provide something extra that i needed during my stay. She gave me extra tips for the area and transportation that were valuable. It could get a bit noisy because of the central location, but still this location made my life in Bochum a lot easier. Definitely recommend with both hands.

This accommodation is as described in the pictures. It is very comfortably furnished and very cozy. The environment is quiet and you can relax a lot. I can only recommend this accommodation.

The apartment is very centrally located near the busy Rüttenscheider Straße, but since the apartment is located at the back in the green courtyard, you will hardly notice the city noise. Everything was super clean and stylish, the bed was totally comfortable and even in the mini kitchen there was everything necessary plus some basic food. We were warmly received in person and the accommodation was personally presented, so that no questions remained unanswered. The accommodation is very lovingly decorated and we felt very comfortable. Nothing is missing. The kitchen is perfectly equipped. Several pillows are available for a good night's sleep. The bathroom is also well equipped. The accommodation is beautifully quiet and yet very central. Simply perfect for a nice stay in Dortmund. Thank you very much.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Gorden's apartment. The house is lovely, very modern and comfortable. We loved the garden and the neighborhood so much. There is a beautiful lake near by which was perfect for longer walks. Gorden was super friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more memorable! Will definitely go back and recommend to others!
