Duplex apartment with sky ladder view In our two-family house, we rent out a 68 square meter apartment with fantastic views of the countryside. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor on 2 levels. The large living room has a lounge set, a dining area with 4 seats and a spiral staircase with open access to the studio with air conditioning. There are 2 single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped - from the Nespresso machine to the ironing board, everything is available for everyday needs.

Apartment at the city park

Nice apartment half under the roof overlooking the park. Parking at the house. Access from the highway is super easy. Surrounded by greenery, yet only a 10 minute walk to the city centre. Planetarium, Starlight, Stadium, Bermuda Triangle, Catholic Railway Station (Cultural Site), Schauspielhaus, Shopping - all within walking distance. There are a few nearby recommended restaurants. For jogging, walking, pedalling or visiting the animal park you only have to cross the road.

The flat is slightly bigger than 30m2 and comes with a living-/sleeping-area, a kitchen and a bathroom. The whole furniture is quite new and you can find all you need in here. Fast Wi-Fi is included, the bed is 1,40m x 2,00m and the kitchen is fully equipped. There is a 40" TV with Netflix, which you can use for free. You can find supermarkets, restaurants, bars and public transport within walking distance, the beautiful Westpark is just around the corner!
