Es handelt sich um eine renovierte, neu eingerichtete Etagenwohnung, die mit der Größe von ca. 150qm sowohl Familien als auch befreundeten Paaren, die unser Ruhrgebiet erkunden wollen, genügend Freiraum und Rückzugsmöglichkeiten bietet . Ruhige und gut erzogene Haustiere sind ebenfalls willkommen, bitte fragt trotzdem bei der Buchung nach. Rauchen und Feiern ist nicht erlaubt, auch keine Vapos oder Shishas. Die Wohnung hat 3 Schlafräume mit 6 Betten, mehr als 6 Gäste nehmen wir nicht auf.

Die Wohnung liegt zentral in der Nähe zur A40, ist aber ruhig gelegen und daher ein Ort für Einkehr und Erholung. Neben zwei großen Schlafzimmer mit einen Doppelbett und einem Einzelbett, bietet die geräumige und vollausgestattete Küche viel Raum zur Entfaltung.

Free parking lots are in front of the house. Our entry door is protected with Ring system which also takes a video of anyone close to door.

The flat is slightly bigger than 30m2 and comes with a living-/sleeping-area, a kitchen and a bathroom. The whole furniture is quite new and you can find all you need in here. The apartment is located in a well-kept house on a quiet street in the Bochum city park district near downtown.
