We offer two complete, high-quality and identically furnished apartments in our attic. These have a bedroom with a single bed (90 cm x 200 cm), a kitchen-living room and a shower bath with toilet. Ruhr University, German Law Institute (Vita Campus), BioMedizinPark (IFK, Aesculap Academy) can be reached on foot in 10 to 15 minutes.

Cozy 2-room apartment (45 sqm) on the 2nd floor with balcony and view of the mining museum. It is close to everything (main station, Bermuda Triangle, theater and much more), making it easy to plan your visit.
