You can find by walking 3 min. a little park and in 4 min. you've the Springerplatz where every Friday there is a Street Market or you can walk to the Westpark and visit the Jahrhunderthalle. In 10 min. you've the Bermuda3eck, the party area, Theater & plus!

Eine gemütliche helle Wohnung erwartet euch hier. Die Wohnung liegt in eine ruhige aber zentrale Lage von Hagen. Die Fern Uni ist nur 10 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Studenten der Fernuni, Frauen und Mädels sind hier sehr willkommen. Meine Hündin lebt auch hier. Euren Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Single Bett und einem Schreibtisch ausgestattet. Das Bad wir geteilt. Die offene Küche mit Esszimmer und Wohnzimmer sind geräumig und hell. Das Frühstück ist inbegriffen.

We have a 110 sqm apartment for 4 people in our house. In the living room and in both bedrooms, there is a 50-inch LCD TV with NETFLIX & Amazon access. The two bedrooms are very spacious and the large bathroom with shower leaves nothing to be desired. The use of our swimming pool (6 am - 9 pm) is of course possible as well as with us in the morning for breakfast. Both are included in the price. The sauna is a private area and costs €15 per 3 hours per person
