Close to Ruhr-University and nearby Mark 51 you can find a peaceful home with small kitchen, bathroom (with shower) and Nespresso coffee maker. You can work from this place as well as enjoy some Roku tv with Disney+ and Amazon. To get downtown you can use the bus stop in front of the house or walk to the next underground within 10-15 min. Free parking lots are in front of the house. Our entry door is protected with Ring system which also takes a video of anyone close to door.

In the living room, a sofa bed can be used by two people. In the spacious, fully equipped kitchen overlooking the garden, nothing stands in the way of a shared breakfast with six people. Wi-Fi and a large TV (46 inches) are provided. Coffee and tea are available free of charge for the first day.

Fast Wi-Fi is included, the bed is 1,40m x 2,00m and the kitchen is fully equipped. There is a 40" TV, which you can use for free. You can find supermarkets, restaurants, bars and public transport within walking distance, the beautiful Westpark is just around the corner!

Many other Bochum attractions (Starlight Express, planetarium, city park, Bermuda3Eck) are not far away.
