The Duisburg houseboat Lore in the heart of the city

Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

Cozy and lovingly furnished apartment in the countryside with wallbox. The 36 sqm apartment is located in a 2-family house in which we and a daughter with child live. The bathroom has a shower and toilet, as well as a washing machine and a laundry closet. The living room is connected to the sleeping area (a double bed), optically separated by a sideboard with a TV. The kitchen contains all kitchen appliances such as dishwasher, stove, microwave, coffee maker and other accessories.

Close to Ruhr-University and nearby Mark 51 you can find a peaceful home with small kitchen, bathroom (with shower) and Nespresso coffee maker. You can work from this place as well as enjoy some Roku tv with Disney+ and Amazon. To get downtown you can use the bus stop in front of the house or walk to the next underground within 10-15 min. Free parking lots are in front of the house. Our entry door is protected with Ring system which also takes a video of anyone close to door.

Fast Wi-Fi is included, the bed is 1,40m x 2,00m and the kitchen is fully equipped. There is a 40" TV, which you can use for free. You can find supermarkets, restaurants, bars and public transport within walking distance, the beautiful Westpark is just around the corner!

The apartment is located in a well-kept house on a quiet street in the Bochum city park district near downtown. The 42 square meter apartment with a smart TV, fast WiFi and shared washing machine was renovated a year ago and completely refurnished. 2 minutes to the mining museum and U-Bahn stop (U35 directly to the university & to Herne). Many other Bochum attractions (Starlight Express, planetarium, city park, Bermuda3Eck) are not far away.

My beautiful, light-flooded old building apartment with impressively high ceilings and very spacious rooms is located right in the center, in a small quiet side street. 700 meters from the main train station, 50 meters from the pedestrian zone. The U-Bahn and S-Bahn as well as cafes, restaurants and supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity. I live in the neighboring house, so my address is stored as a contact.
