Cozy accommodation with charm

Enjoy the original flair in the lovingly restored half-timbered house. Great location with sun terrace at the Ahrquelle, lake and various restaurants. Jakobsweg, Eifelsteig and Ahrradweg cross here. You'll have the entire upper part of the house to yourselves! The apartment is not lockable as it is an emergency exit. Almost all guests are extremely satisfied! Not suitable for allergy sufferers, people with physical limitations and acoustic sensitivity (bells). Looking forward to seeing you soon!

1 south balcony, very nice fully equipped open built-in kitchen with breakfast bar, underfloor heating, high-quality bathroom (tub/shower/sink), high-quality separate toilet in the studio, 4 rooms with vinyl floor, smoke detector wirelessly networked throughout the house. In the basement room belonging to the apartment there is the washing machine, and the dryer as well as a storage shelf system. The garden sauna can be used for a small fee incl. sauna towels and bathrobes, by arrangement.

In der Wohnung können bis zu 4 Gäste schlafen. Das Bett ist 160x200 cm groß, die Schlafcouch 130x190 cm. In der Domstadt Köln ist man in nur 25 Minuten. Am Phantasialand ist man in nur 15 Minuten. Es gibt kostenlose Parkplätze und eine hervorragende ÖPNV Anbindung.

In the 60 sqm apartment with private entrance you will find everything you need for a vacation. 1 double bed + 1 sofa bed - space for max. 4 people - Parking in front of the house In a few minutes you are already in the forest, on the 588 meter high Michelsberg and can hike in all directions. By car, you can reach the Nürburgring, the Ahr, the Ruhrsee or Phantasialand Brühl in a good half hour. Shopping is 10 km away. Dogs are welcome by arrangement.

Unique centrally and quietly located apartment (50 sqm) directly at Phantasialand (3 km), lake nature reserve & climbing park (300 m). The apartment has its own terrace with seating, as well as direct access to the garden. The apartment is lovingly furnished and invites you to relax, take long walks or a city stroll with a castle visit. The direct connection to Cologne, Düsseldorf and Bonn also makes the location perfect for a diverse trip.

Vacation home for 5 people with fireplace

Our apartment sleeps 5 people. It has a separate bedroom with a 1.40 m wide double bed. In an open alcove there is a sleeping place - also 1.40 m wide - for another 2 people. In a second alcove there is a single bed. The living room has two sofas, a large table for 8 people and a fireplace. The apartment includes a well-equipped kitchen as well as a shower room and a toilet.

Small cottage for max. 2 people

The cottage independent of our house (we live right next door) consists of two rooms and a bathroom. In the living room there is also a small kitchenette with 2 burner stove, dishes, coffee machine (Senseo), microwave, etc. The bed in the bedroom is 160x200. The shower room is a connection between the two rooms. One parking space is right in front of the cottage.

Apartment UHLTOPF I

The apartment on the 1st floor of our Gründerzeithaus in the center of Brühl is the ideal location to get to know Brühl or the surrounding area, i.e. Cologne and Bonn. There is a small kitchenette with hob, fridge, Senseo coffee maker, toaster etc. The separate bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet.

Live nicely in Cologne's Südstadt

South of the medieval gates of Cologne in the south city is this room with private entrance, hallway and bathroom. It is located on the 3rd floor (freight elevator only) quietly out to the courtyard and has a spacious balcony. The room is intended for one person. I only rent to individuals.
