The renovated old building is located in a quiet residential street within walking distance to the city&mining museum, park&close to planetarium, Starlight&Ruhrstadion. Shopping (grocery, bicycle store etc), snack stores (great gyros grill, bowling, Asian)&bars (wine bar) in the immediate vicinity. Good connection to the university&Dortmund/Essen (by train & car).
