Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Blue Mountain Beach

Kevin & Jennifer’s place was amazing. It is a beautiful house with wonderful amenities, clean and quiet. We were traveling with family and it was so nice for us to have our own rooms & bathrooms, with a comfortable shared space. They have everything you could possibly need at the house, including chairs & beach towels, which made traveling/packing so much easier. They were very thoughtful with what is included at the house and we felt perfectly at home! The beach for the community can get a bit crowded, but we got there early and never had a problem, and it is so nice that it is a short walk from the house. Lots of great restaurants and shops within walking distance too. We loved this stay! Truly one of the nicest homes we have rented on 30A in terms of location & amenities in the home. You can tell they put a lot of care into making it a wonderful experience!

The house was the perfect place to host our group of friends. There was plenty of sleeping space as well as tons of open areas in the house for all of us to gather and hang out. The house was very nice, clean, and well accommodated. We were glad the host aforementioned the possibility of a neighbor chanting/yelling out behind the property as this did occur a few times. She seemed harmless, but glad we had a warning regardless! We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for the amazing memories!

We loved our stay here. The backyard was wonderful for our dogs and we loved the washer and dryer for washing wet swimsuits after the beach. Adorable little home. Would stay here again!

Great place, easy walk to the beach, nothing fancy but quite comfortable with all necessary amenities and fenced backyard.

Our stay was much better than expected. Everything was perfect and ready when we got there. The back yard and pool were amazing. Great for relaxing after a long day at the beach. The outdoor shower was perfect for cleaning up. The beds were very comfortable also. We definitely plan on making this place our yearly stay. Wendy was an awesome host!

This Airbnb was perfect for our anniversary trip! The house was spotless, the host was easy to reach if needed, and just a quick 10 min walk away from the beach. We highly recommend and would stay here again!

Paula was very awesome from jump as soon as we booked place for our 2 year wedding anniversary. Without us even asking she was sending very useful information such as local restaurants, things to do and etc. Place was very clean, well kept and beautiful view of the ocean from the window/balcony! Paula was very responsive and check on us regularly to make sure our stay was amazingly remarkable. I recommend her place to anyone! Thanks a million times for opening your place to us Paula!

Absolutely enjoyed our stay at HCTS! We had a 10 person party and this home accommodated us very comfortably-very spacious. This home is very clean and comfortable, with lovely decor, and had everything to accommodate our needs. Kids loved the bunk room/garage room and we all enjoyed the pool/hot tub and many balconies. Beach access is very close and home is located in a beautiful, peaceful neighborhood close to so many things-spent time in seaside(4miles away). Kyle was amazing(best host we have ever had)!He went above and beyond from the time of booking and throughout our entire stay. He was always kind, very helpful, informative and responsive. So many memories were made here. Highly recommend without hesitation. We will be back!

The condo is very nice, clean, peaceful. Pictures are wonderful in showing you what to expect yet the experience of it is So Much More. I definitely recommend this location. 2 thumbs up, a perfect score

The resort was perfect for me and my wife. We really enjoyed the private feel. The restaurants on The grounds were all amazing.

Great weekend spot for the beach! Literally across 30A from the beach, lots of crosswalks, above coffee shops and restaurants and easy parking. The host provided beach chairs and a beach umbrella (and even gave us a new one when we realized we didn’t have one) and a ton of beach and bath towels.

VERY satisfied with our stay! Listing was just as pictured, bargain priced, and host was very responsive! Several amenities came with listing, all of which were useful! Views from condo unit are just as listed, beautiful! Location was perfect for walking to nearby sites, grocery/convenient stores within 3-minute drive! Can’t wait for next summer’s visit! Bring lots of sunscreen!

Louis’s space was perfect for our stay. Super nice and has everything we needed. The bed was extremely comfy, shower was amazing, and the bidet was a nice touch. We enjoyed spending time on the balcony overlooking the pool with our coffee each morning. Close to several good restaurants in both PCB and Rosemary.

Our stay at The Black Palm was nothing short of amazing! The location couldn’t have been better—beach access was just a quick 2-minute walk, which made popping down to the sand for sunrise or sunset super convenient. Inside, the condo was full of charm and personality. The decor was gorgeous, with bold, playful wallpaper that really made the space feel special and unique. It had such a fun, coastal vibe that we instantly felt at home. The complex itself had so much to offer—two beautiful pools, tennis courts, shuffleboard, and cornhole. It was perfect for relaxing or getting a little competitive with friends and family. We also loved that Butterfly Bike Rentals was right next door. We hopped on bikes and were in Seaside in under 10 minutes—such a scenic and easy ride. A huge shoutout to our host, James, who was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. His quick replies and willingness to assist made the whole experience effortless. We’re already to go back!

We so enjoyed the beach home. We were right on the beach and next to the pool. It was quiet at night. We enjoyed meeting the other families there. It was a nice family spot. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Great quiet location away from busy Seaside! The beach was not busy and had plenty of space to enjoy the Gulf of America! It's a short drive to WaterSound, Seacrest, WaterColor and Seaside, with access to shopping and restaurants. The unit was very clean and work perfect for us. Would definitely book again!

Our stay was great. Being on the second floor made it easy to access everything. Our hostess was very easy to deal with and responded quickly. We would highly recommend.

Where do I start? Location, Mike’s communication, or the actual Airbnb? Mike’s place couldn’t have been in a better location. Steps from the beach with a beautiful ocean view. It was easy for my husband and I along with our three small children to easily walk to the beach/run to the room if we forgot something. Our beach chairs were there each day waiting for us. Next, Mike was excellent at letting us know how to access his place along with the best places to dine while we were there. Finally, the condo was finished beautifully right down to the Brunschwig & Fils Les Touches throw pillows 😍 Everything you would need is there. We plan to stay again!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this condo! The space was top notch—clean, beautifully furnished, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. From start to finish, Keith and Janine’s communication was excellent—friendly, responsive, and helpful every step of the way. It’s clear they take pride in providing a great experience, and it really shows. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a hassle-free and high-quality place to stay. We had a wonderful stay at this cute beach chic condo! It was absolutely perfect for our little family. The location right on the beach was fantastic, and the views were just great – we loved waking up to the sound of the waves. The condo itself was stylish and comfortable, with a really lovely beachy vibe. The only minor issue we encountered was with the television in the master bedroom. Unfortunately, we weren't able to use it during our stay as it kept logging us out and displaying error messages. It would definitely be a nice improvement if this could be updated. Despite that small inconvenience, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely recommend this condo to other small families looking for a relaxing beach getaway. We hope to be back again in the future!

Tracy is an amazing and responsive host. We had an amazing week at her place and could not recommend it more. It’s west of Pier Park so the beach isn’t as crowded and some areas east of Pier Park. The chair service and all the extras in their storage closet made the stay so much easier and enjoyable. The condo was clean and the bed super comfortable. We had an amazing stay and can say you won’t find a better place to enjoy the beach than as a guest of Tracy’s at her Happy Place! Thank you for letting us stay and the memories we made.

Great place to stay, only downfall is the elevators were being worked on during our stay so some of them weren’t working part of the time. But definitely nothing that would keep me from staying here again!

We had a great weekend with a fantastic view. This unit & complex is well represented by our host which was very responsive and communicative. We had everything we needed in the unit for the weekend and the bed slept great. Having the beach set ups included for our stay was great featured benefit. Sharkey's restaurant on the beach only a short walk, highly recommend as we visited several times. Also close to Pier Park amenities I even walked to the pier one day. We would definitely book this unit again on future trips to PCB. Bring your sunscreen and get ready to enjoy the beautiful emerald green waters of the gulf.
