We had an amazing time! We were in town for a wedding. Location was convenient to everything. We felt right at home. Exactly as described. Golf cart was added bonus as we were able to find time for the beach and pool and it made it so easy! Thank you for sharing your beach getaway with us! Highly recommend and look forward to returning for our next trip!

Our group of 7 had a great stay! The location really cannot be beat and is the best part! Super easy walk to the beach and the provided chairs and umbrellas are perfect! Located between Alys and Rosemary, quick walk to shops and restaurants, and great to ride bikes to Seaside. Ryan was so easy to communicate with and made the entire trip so easy and simple.

We loved this house and the back yard for our little dog was perfect. Can’t ask for a better host than Yubeiri! She is super responsive and accommodating. She made sure the bathrooms and kitchen were equipped with soaps and necessary paper products upon arrival, which was very thoughtful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this lovely home! We loved the area and proximity to restaurants, shopping and the amazing beaches. Beautiful stay; thank you, Yubeiri, for your hospitality and accommodations!

Our stay was amazing! The pool was a 10 out of 10 and well loved during our stay. The house was amazing and comfortable and offered our family the opportunity to spend some well needed quality time with one another. The house was also very nice and super clean.

The photos were exactly like the house. An added bonus was the built in ice maker. Great for beach and daily activities. The number of bedrooms were just what we needed. Ali is so helpful with recommendations about the surrounding areas. I would definitely recommend this house!!

We had a great time. Kids loved the pool and proximity to the beach is awesome. Wendy was very friendly and responsive. The house is completely stocked with everything you could possibly need. We loved that we could bring our fur-babies!

This is a great place to stay. My family and I met here for a family reunion and we had 8 adults and 2 kids. The space and beds were very comfortable. Each room has their own bathroom and there’s a 3rd floor loft area with activities for kids. The location is pretty central to several beaches and plenty of activities. There are also a few restaurants and an ice cream shop within walking distance. The beach toys, towels, umbrellas, floaties and boogie boards available to use were an added bonus and super helpful for our family members who flew in from NY and L.A. and couldn’t bring those items with them. If you’re looking for a place in the area, I would highly recommend this one. You really can’t beat it!

The cottage was beautiful, clean, comfortable furniture and beds. Everything you need to go the beach organized and ready to go , short walk to the beach, pool was very clean . Wonderful location, loved the place , will definitely go back and recommend to my friends and family!!!!

Great place to stay when you’re in Destin. Excellent location, 5 minute walk to the beach (private entrance) as well as several restaurants. Was very close to grocery stores, food, and shopping, but still enough off of the main strip that it felt a bit more secluded. Room was very comfortable and clean. Internet and streaming services for the kiddos in the afternoons as well. We had 3 little ones with us (4 and under) and they had a blast. Was great not to have to load everyone and our gear into the car every time we wanted to head to the beach. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again.

Let me first say how amazing Yana was with communication, instructions, local hot spot knowledge, she knows her stuff when it comes to this area. We stayed for 5 nights at her place and it was everything we wanted in a condo. The condo is GORGEOUS, the scenery was so beautiful, and the quiet piece of town it is in, is perfect! I love the HOA rules, it keeps riff-raff out and you don’t have to listen to loud music, parties, or any other annoying distractions. We enjoyed our stay here, more than any other place! Drove from Chicagoland to this address. This did NOT disappoint! After seeking a comfortable place for 4 adults, the location/property was an absolute STANDOUT. This place is CLEAN. And the pool? 4 steps from the back door. OMG BEAUTIFUL. Pool is open until 11pm. WOW! The people? AWESOME! Pool depth - 6ft. WARM This host thought of everything to make you feel right at home. Bring your clothes and set up your Walmart pickup because you're not going to need anything else. STEPS FROM THE BEACH. And I mean STEPS. This was key, and absolutely gorgeous. STEPS from PCB night life and STEPS from anything you need if you do not want to drive. Did not disappoint. Hang a right, and go to Pier Park, and bring your dog to the beach. Hang a left and go to Capt. Jacks or the Wharf for the crab legs. EXQUISITE. You could walk to the coffee shop STEPS from this location every morning. I know, I did. If you rent this property, expect to have a WONDERFUL VACATION. Because I did. And you will too

My family and I had a great stay, everything was clean perfect layout in the house, perfect amount of toys in the house and for the pool for the kids! It was clean smelled brand new and Josh was SO responsive. We are so grateful- close to rosemary beach and the infamous 30a. 😍❤️

Great having the golf cart to cruise around. Easy beach access within a few minutes drive with golf cart and great nearby restaurants. Cute little town and beautiful beaches.

In town for Gulf Coast Jam and celebration of mother in laws 89th birthday. The house was absolutely beautiful. We stay in Airbnb units many times a year for work and this was above and beyond the best and most accurately described.

We were blown away by how nice the house was! We were okay with not getting a place right on the water. This was a perfect combination of value and only a ~7 min walk to the ocean. Definitely will check availability here when we plan our next beach trip.

Gorgeous property just steps from the beach! Very responsive host who allowed us to stay last minute and check in early. All the beach accessories you could need! The lovely deck overlooking the ocean was fabulous. Wish we would’ve booked this place sooner!

This was our first Airbnb stay and it blew us away. The golf cart was a game-changer, and the included amenities saved us time, money, and stress—no need to rent beach gear. The home was spotless (even under the cabinets!) and beautifully designed with thoughtful touches. The host was always available and quick to respond. My husband especially appreciated that I didn’t have to walk the dogs alone late at night—he felt totally at ease with the fenced-in yard. Our pups loved it too—no long hallways or elevator rides for bathroom breaks, and they soaked up every bit of those sunny mornings in the livingroom. We’re officially Airbnb fans now!

Perfect walk to the beach with easy access of everything and also able to sit in the back porch all night if wanted. The only thing I would change is to have the back patio bigger and also spaced out but amazing place to stay if you want to go to PCB

If you are reading my review, just book the cottage before someone else gets it! We've been staying at Airbnb properties for years now, and this was easily our favorite. The location is fantastic, it is so comfortable and clean and just perfect in every way.

Absolutely loved our stay! The home was comfortable for our family of 5. We had sufficient space for meal storage, prep, sleeping, and relaxation. The backyard is very inviting for those wind down evenings. The short walk to the public beach entrance is easy to get to. We will be back.
