Family-friendly holiday rentals in Blue Mountain Beach

Room was great. Great view and only couple minutes to walk to Pier Park. Has everything you need. Well differently stay again.

My family of 5 traveled to PCB for vacation and the condo did not disappoint. I will note, the elevators are a bit slow, especially during peak times. Other than that, the stay was enjoyable. Everything was as described & pictured. Nice and clean. The patio ended up being my hideaway each night. The condo is close to the beach and several restaurants and stores. Marianne is responsive and provided clear instructions for a smooth checkin. I definitely recommend this property!

30A Stay - we loved everything about our stay on 30A -Chris was wonderful from the start i had questions regarding the area and he always responded right away even before we booked. The unit is in a great location it was just what we wanted 1st Floor, clean, beach access right out front a heated pool even a laundry room if you needed it. We would definitely stay again. Plenty of restaurants right there sweet stops bike rentals Santa Rosa was a great town to stay in. I’d give 145 Spires a 100 out of 100 and Chris is a genuinely nice guy with quick responses even to the smallest questions. Can’t wait to go back .

The condo was great and fit our needs. The majestic property was not satisfactory as all the security guards had different rules for everything and the elevators were hot and slow. Otherwise it was a great place to stay.

What a wonderful place to stay while in PCB! Steve is a great host! I will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Julia’s place was exactly what we were looking for! She was a super helpful and responsive host, and the unit was in the perfect location to walk to everything in the Rosemary/Seacrest beach area. I don’t believe the listing actually said it included them, but just a note that there weren’t any beach chairs in the unit like one of the listing pictures shows. We brought our own anyways, so it was no biggie!! I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat!

The views from the condo were fantastic. Loved sitting out on the deck at all times of the day. It's a busy beach and easy to get to. The condo was very clean. The communication was excellent with the hosts.

Carol was a phenomenal host- super kind and responsive - she took care of an issue with a charge from AirBnB super fast! The house was amazing- even cool (great ac! Many places we stay are never cool!)). Everything was super clean and looked great which I’m sure can be challenging when pet friendly! Obviously it’s not super close to the beach so be prepared to rent a golf cart or extra bikes if needed. Bc parking is so difficult at the beach, one person would drop everyone off and then go back to the house and ride one of the bikes back to the beach. It was so nice to have two bikes included as well!

Loved it! Everything was clean and as described. Quick walk to beach and house was decorated really cute! If we come back to Panama City would definitely stay here again. Hosts were prompt with responses.

We had the best Spring Break at Happy Mermaid. Dino was super responsive, and all info was perfect. The proximity to the community pool was great, and our kids could easily go back and forth from the house. The walk to the beach was fairly easy, and the public access had bathrooms, which was great. We easily walked or drove to plenty of shops, restaurants, and the grocery store. The community was lovely and well-kept, and the house backing up to the pond area was so peaceful. The house itself had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. We’ve been visiting this area for 40 years, and highly recommend this home and location!

We loved this house and the back yard for our little dog was perfect. Can’t ask for a better host than Yubeiri! She is super responsive and accommodating. She made sure the bathrooms and kitchen were equipped with soaps and necessary paper products upon arrival, which was very thoughtful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this lovely home! We loved the area and proximity to restaurants, shopping and the amazing beaches. Beautiful stay; thank you, Yubeiri, for your hospitality and accommodations!

this town house was huge! we had so much room for family and your standing on the sand right from the back porch! I wish I could have stayed for a whole month. this location was top notch and worth every penny!

My family and I had a great time staying in this beautiful home and neighborhood. The location was perfect. Only a short walk to the beach and so many restaurants and activities close by. We would absolutely recommend a stay here!

Amy was such a hospitable and responsive host. This place felt like home. It was in a perfect location; within walking distance to restaurants, shops, the pool, the beach, while also feeling private and very safe. A drive away you can find Destin and Panama City beach which are full of any activity you can think of; but rosemary keeps you nestled in a private elegant little town. We will 100% be back!

Our family (2 adults, 2 teens) had a really nice stay and loved how close the house is to the beach. We found this area to be much less commercialized and more low-key/quiet than other spots along the coast. The host offers some beach equipment for guests (chairs, cabana, umbrella, boogie boards, a few towels). That was super helpful as we didn’t want to have to rent (or pack!) all those items for our trip. We liked every aspect of the house — comfortable beds, spacious kitchen, contemporary decor, and thoughtful storage for toiletries and travel items. Thank you for wonderful accommodations!

This house was very clean and had everything needed for a family of four. Carolyn, the host, was extremely easy to communicate with and we couldn't have been happier with out stay. We will look at this location for our future trips to the area

We had such a great stay at this Airbnb in Santa Rosa Beach! There was plenty of room for our group of 8, everyone had space to relax and feel comfortable. The home was spotless and incredibly well-stocked with everything you could possibly want or need for a beach getaway. The location was perfect, the beach was just about a 4-minute walk, and the pool was even closer, only about a minute away. The beach itself was one of the cleanest and least crowded I’ve ever been to, which made the experience even better. Jenny was also amazing, super helpful and quick to respond to all of my questions before and during our stay. It made the whole trip feel easy and stress-free. Highly recommend this place for a fun and relaxing beach trip!

The condo was just as described and like the pictures provided. Price was spot on for the location and competitive with other similar rentals. Linara was quick to respond and very helpful when my schedule changed slightly. Would definitely recommend to anyone with kids, looking for a condo with a breathtaking view.

This apartment was truly amazing — clean, spacious, and located right on the beach! The views were stunning and the location couldn’t be more convenient, especially for families. Everything we needed was close by, yet the area still felt peaceful and relaxing. The host was fantastic: helpful, friendly, and quick to respond. I’ve stayed at many Airbnb properties, and this one had by far the most accurate and detailed description — what you see is exactly what you get (and maybe even better!). Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Panama City Beach.

THAT SLIDE! I have a 10, 8, and 6 year old grandkids who have pools - never did I think they would be so occupied and content playing on that slide everyday! The house beach was awesome for the little ones to net fish and the pier for the old ones to sit and fish. Baytowne Wharf 5 minutes away was ideal for walking around sipping a cool adult beverage while shopping and participating in kid activities such as ziplining and trampolining. Great house- great time!

We so enjoyed the beach home. We were right on the beach and next to the pool. It was quiet at night. We enjoyed meeting the other families there. It was a nice family spot. Thank you for sharing your home with us.
