Nothing but great things to say about Tara’s place! She demonstrated excellent customer service. The house itself was SO lovely! You can tell the hosts are serious about what they do. Felt like a high-end luxurious hotel. Impeccably clean, from dish-ware to linens to bathrooms. Lots of supplies available! Tons of towels, toilet paper, toothbrushes, and even spices for simple cooking. This was my first time at an Airbnb where I actually felt at home. When you’re here, you only need to worry about vacationing. The hosts thought more about our needs than I probably did. Outside looked just like the photos: aesthetically pleasing and private! It is pretty clear that the neighborhood is going through heavy gentrification. Despite that, this location worked for us, as it was pretty central and easy to access from the highway. The beach was a quick-ish drive away, but we struggled to find parking for the public access points. Overall, we had a great stay! 5 stars without a doubt.

The cottage was beautiful, clean, comfortable furniture and beds. Everything you need to go the beach organized and ready to go , short walk to the beach, pool was very clean . Wonderful location, loved the place , will definitely go back and recommend to my friends and family!!!!

My family and I (party of 9) stayed at Kurt’s house this past week. First, Kurt is an amazing host. From being responsive and answering any questions we had before checking in, to messaging us while we were there really showed us that he cared. The house itself was very clean, matched the photos that that were provided, and truly exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed the spacious rooms, daily golf cart rides to the beach, and the community pool near the house. If you need a place to stay on 30A, I highly recommend Kurt’s house!

Karen was very responsive. we also asked to get in a bit early as we had a wedding to get ready for and attend. she was nice enough to reach out to the cleaning crew and was able to get us inan hour early which was very helpful. also check our reddish taco, walking distance i.e. maybe a block..happy hour was awesome.

Our stay was much better than expected. Everything was perfect and ready when we got there. The back yard and pool were amazing. Great for relaxing after a long day at the beach. The outdoor shower was perfect for cleaning up. The beds were very comfortable also. We definitely plan on making this place our yearly stay. Wendy was an awesome host!

The golf cart was a blast and big perk! *We drove to Grayton beach and it was chugging to get back, so just pay attention. 3. The pool is literally right outside the backyard and is amazing. So convenient. 4. We loved Papa Surf in Santa Rosa then walking around! 5. Blue Mountain beach was close but was super crowded and had a big drop off near the ocean with big waves - we found Grayton Beach to be calmer with a a shallow inlet area. 6. There is a rollaway crib and also a pack n play with mattress. 7. We loved all the beach and pool supplies including 10+ towels - so nice not having to bring ourselves. 8. Loved our stay!!!

The photos were exactly like the house. An added bonus was the built in ice maker. Great for beach and daily activities. The number of bedrooms were just what we needed. Ali is so helpful with recommendations about the surrounding areas. I would definitely recommend this house!!

The stunning balcony view and being steps to the beach made this recently remodeled condo ideal for us (two parents with teens). We were blown away by the spaciousness inside and the modern, comfortable decor. Great beds and showers, nice appliances, everything provided that we could possibly need (fans, beach chairs/towels/umbrella/toys/cooler), and just an overall warmth and hospitality. You could also rent beach chairs and umbrellas or do parasailing and more right on the beach. There are carts available to bring up groceries and luggage on the surprisingly fast elevators. The bar across the street and being in a large high rise condo setting made for some noise at times, but we used white noise apps at night and had no issues. It's an older condo, but clean with easy parking and access to everything. On top of everything else, Kelli was incredibly responsive and friendly! We loved her restaurant recs. NOTHING beats the view, convenience, or loveliness of this gorgeous Airbnb.

This place was perfect for our bach trip!

We booked this house for a last second stay-cation. Thus, booking options were limited in the Blue Mountain beach area. Normally I seek a place directly on the beach, but gave Edward's place a try. HOLY COW, I am so glad we did!!!! This little gem was fabulous! The lake offered a peaceful sanctuary to swim and fish, with great sunrise views. The beach was only a brief 5 minute walk to a low-key, non-crowded area of emerald waters! We toted our bicycles and enjoyed rides to the local ice cream shop and Redfish Taco. The house arrangement allowed for a spacious, cental gathering spot. The bedrooms offered comfortable beds. I wish we could have stayed longer! There's no doubt that Edward's place will be our new local beach spot get away!

We enjoyed our stay for a girls trip. Quiet and had everything we needed. Beach is a short drive away but parking can be difficult if you don’t get there early enough. Stairs may be difficult for those with knee or mobility issues. Overall, the home was lovely and hosts were great.

This is a wonderful home with lots of amenities! Great communication. Beds were very comfortable. Great location. We chose to drive to the various beaches.

We were blown away by how nice the house was! We were okay with not getting a place right on the water. This was a perfect combination of value and only a ~7 min walk to the ocean. Definitely will check availability here when we plan our next beach trip.

Sunny Tude is a gorgeous, spacious home in pristine condition, located in a beautiful, walkable, lakeside neighborhood with a relaxing community pool. My husband and I had plenty of room to accommodate us, our two teenagers, and their grandmothers. The full-size shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap and lotion in the bathrooms was so convenient as we didn't need to pack or buy those amenities. We also appreciated the included dish soap, dishwasher tablets, paper towels and coffee in the kitchen. We loved using the included golf cart to drive to the little public beach and also to go shopping! Grayton Beach State Park was our favorite beach place. Just a few minutes' drive from the house, it had plenty of parking, easy beach access, gorgeous clear water and white, soft sand. Since we picked up some family members at the airport, we also enjoyed some time at the Panama City Pier Park. We highly recommend the Sunny Tude house for your next vacation! You'll love it!

This house was perfect for our group of 3 couples (6 adults) and 3 toddlers. The neighborhood is nice, but this house is backed up to the woods which added a lot of privacy. The golf cart was a must! We used it to get the the Blue Mountain Beach access each day, to restaurants and coffee shops. It was also just fun to ride around 30A. The neighborhood pool is very close to the home, which made things easy. The pool was quite crowded during our stay, but I suppose that is to be expected this time of year. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the appliances we could’ve needed. Shawna was extremely helpful and responsive for all of my questions. We would stay here again!

The perfect getaway. My wife, daughter, 2 pups, and myself couldn’t have asked for a better first time vacation as a family of 5. The place had everything we needed + more. We look forward to booking again!

This Airbnb was perfect for our family trip, offering convenient 6 minutes beach access, great amenities, and a true-to-photo home. It comfortably fit our group of 8, with space for more. The hosts were prompt and responsive, making the experience even better. Highly recommend for a peaceful, private getaway. Will definitely book again if I’m in the Santa Rosa area in the future!

This house was beautiful, clean and a perfect spot with restaurants and the beach just down the street. The golf cart was handy to take to the beach or down to the ice cream shop at night. We had a small child along, and I would maybe suggest investing in a wagon to cart things to the beach and a cooler especially when people fly like we did. We purchased a small cooler and had to leave it. That would have been a great asset. I would definitely stay here again.

This was our first Airbnb stay and it blew us away. The golf cart was a game-changer, and the included amenities saved us time, money, and stress—no need to rent beach gear. The home was spotless (even under the cabinets!) and beautifully designed with thoughtful touches. The host was always available and quick to respond. My husband especially appreciated that I didn’t have to walk the dogs alone late at night—he felt totally at ease with the fenced-in yard. Our pups loved it too—no long hallways or elevator rides for bathroom breaks, and they soaked up every bit of those sunny mornings in the livingroom. We’re officially Airbnb fans now!

We loved our time in 30A! The condo was larger than it appeared in the photos, and it had everything we needed. The golf cart made it easy and fun to access different areas, and the parking instructions were helpful for our beach days. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing house, perfect size for our family and the private pool was great. House was very clean and the AC worked very well. It was a very short walk or golf cart ride to the beach, short golf cart ride to Seaside shops and restaurants.

Lisa, the office manager was very kind and helpful. We even had to change our dates at the last minute and it was no problem. The place is located very close to the walkway to the beach, which was so convenient. It was very clean and looked exactly as the pictures. We would definitely go back.
