Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Blue Mountain Beach

This is our third year of a multi-generational vacation to 30A (small kiddos through grandparents!) This is our favorite property to date: Clean, easy walk to a nice beach, next to a walk/bike path if you want to be active, great proximity to the stretch of everything 30A offers, and a highlight is the one block walk to a cute ice cream and shake shop. The hot tub and pool were also beautiful. House is spacious, modern, and clean.

We enjoyed our stay for a girls trip. Quiet and had everything we needed. Beach is a short drive away but parking can be difficult if you don’t get there early enough. Stairs may be difficult for those with knee or mobility issues. Overall, the home was lovely and hosts were great.

My family and I (party of 9) stayed at Kurt’s house this past week. First, Kurt is an amazing host. From being responsive and answering any questions we had before checking in, to messaging us while we were there really showed us that he cared. The house itself was very clean, matched the photos that that were provided, and truly exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed the spacious rooms, daily golf cart rides to the beach, and the community pool near the house. If you need a place to stay on 30A, I highly recommend Kurt’s house!

One of the most amazing places we’ve stayed at on the coast! Ivonne was an extremely great host & the stay itself is top tier. The private pool makes the place even better along with a short ride to the beach on the golf cart. Everything went perfect! A must stay at!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property! The home was just as described and we felt right at home from the moment we got there. The communication throughout (from booking to checkout) was proactive and friendly, and we felt supported in our vacation, should we need anything. It felt like we had a dedicated host despite this property being a part of Southern Holiday Homes. We have stayed at SHH properties before and have always had good experiences, and this was no different! We appreciated that it was in the back of the neighborhood as it felt more private. The neighbors were friendly and we even met one set of homeowners at the pool and enjoyed speaking with them. We TRULY valued the LSV/golf cart, and took it to Real and Raw 30A (great organic coffee/food) and to the beach daily! We traveled on a holiday weekend so parking at the beach was a bit of a challenge, but we always found a tiny spot for the LSV. Thank you so much for a wonderful and comfortable stay!

Our stay was amazing! See below for random notes!! 1. We got to check in early! Thank you Mandy! 2. The golf cart was a blast and big perk! *We drove to Grayton beach and it was chugging to get back, so just pay attention. 3. The pool is literally right outside the backyard and is amazing. So convenient. 4. We loved Papa Surf in Santa Rosa then walking around! 5. Blue Mountain beach was close but was super crowded and had a big drop off near the ocean with big waves - we found Grayton Beach to be calmer with a a shallow inlet area. 6. There is a rollaway crib and also a pack n play with mattress. 7. We loved all the beach and pool supplies including 10+ towels - so nice not having to bring ourselves. 8. Loved our stay!!!

The stunning balcony view and being steps to the beach made this recently remodeled condo ideal for us (two parents with teens). We were blown away by the spaciousness inside and the modern, comfortable decor. Great beds and showers, nice appliances, everything provided that we could possibly need (fans, beach chairs/towels/umbrella/toys/cooler), and just an overall warmth and hospitality. You could also rent beach chairs and umbrellas or do parasailing and more right on the beach. There are carts available to bring up groceries and luggage on the surprisingly fast elevators. The bar across the street and being in a large high rise condo setting made for some noise at times, but we used white noise apps at night and had no issues. It's an older condo, but clean with easy parking and access to everything. On top of everything else, Kelli was incredibly responsive and friendly! We loved her restaurant recs. NOTHING beats the view, convenience, or loveliness of this gorgeous Airbnb.

We liked everything, the apartment was well furnished, cozy. The territory is large, many pools. The beach is 10 minutes at a leisurely pace. The tram runs very often. The beach is large. There are many shops and restaurants nearby. The hostess is very responsive, immediately responds to requests. Thank you, Tonya, for our vacation.

This place is fantastic! Just one street from the beach, it features a private pool and all the beach essentials you could need. Truly a hidden gem! We would definitely rent again!

This place was beautiful. The whole family enjoyed this vacation. Every employee was very helpful and kind. Will definitely come back.

We are from the state of Georgia and when we want to enjoy the beach in summer we come to Destin, we have been renting beach houses for more than 8 years but this time we can say that it has been the best stay we have had, the house is super comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, very comfortable beds, close to everything. Recommended 100% we would like to rent with you again the next time we come.

Great location, the view from the home was comforting for me since I’m a senior and not wanting to go everywhere with my daughters. Home away from home with great amenities!

For a long weekend getaway this was the perfect place. Very cute decor and kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities. Short walk to the beach, pool and restaurant. Host provided tons of restaurant recommendations and was very friendly. We had a great time!

This was an excellent stay! The beach was a 5 minute walk and the golf course was very convenient. The resort is larger than one may think and you have access to amenities by the beach and the golf course! Lisa is very responsive and kind. I hope we have a chance to stay there again!

Highly recommend this place! A great price for an amazing location, and the condo was beautiful! Josh had great communication throughout our whole stay. The amenities that came with the place were so helpful to our trip, especially since we flew in and didn’t have a car to pack all beach necessities. We felt safe staying here which was important to our group! I would highly recommend staying here, we have already talked about booking this place for next years trip!
