My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay here, walking to the beach was a breeze and less than one minute. I would book again for a couples trip. My husband and I was not ready to check out when our stay ended. We would definitely revisit.

The resort was perfect for me and my wife. We really enjoyed the private feel. The restaurants on The grounds were all amazing.

Susan was a wonderful host—proactive, detailed, and kind. The place was perfect for a peaceful getaway, complete with a private beach and all the comforts of home. If you’re looking for relaxation in a beautiful, quiet setting, this is it. We highly recommend this spot and definitely plan to return!

This condo was perfect for our family. Kids had plenty of room. Parking and elevators were convenient. The views from each room were spectacular. The host was extremely helpful and quick to respond.

Our accommodations were very nice. Paula and Greg have other locations in the great smoky mountains and hopefully we can stay at them sometime. Paula did her best o make sure we were well taken care of. Will certainly consider them in the future.

This is a great place if your looking for something clean, close to the beach! I loved the fact that to get it it was very safe and private. I didn’t have any issues at all my entire stay. Everything is so close it’s in the perfect spot!

If your looking for a perfect beach getaway, look no further. The listing details are accurate and you will have a fantastic time. It was beautiful pottery barn decor meets the beach (my favorite and what caught our eye in the listing). The condo is spacious, beautifully decorated; nice size bedrooms and bathrooms and have I mentioned the amazing views from the large patio? It was a perfect family vacation! The kitchen has all the essentials for you to make whatever you want to. We choose to eat breakfast and lunch in and eat dinner out. It is right on the beach so the ease of going upstairs if your forgot something or needed a refill or a snack made it stress free. Honey the condo manager was amazing, attentive and answered any questions. The host Kim was great to work with, she provided thorough detailed instructions that were very easy to follow and answered any questions promply. The building is very family oriented, we loved it was not a crazy party building.

Carla's place was easily the most beautiful, and fully loaded Airb&B we have ever stayed in. Carla really goes above and beyond with detail and thinking about the little things. A good example of this is she provided dish soap, a couple laundry pods, dishwasher pods, extra toilet paper, and paper towel. Airb&b's we have stayed at in the past we have always had to come fully packed with essentials as such listed above, it was a wonderful surprise to see that she had those little things covered. The condo itself resembles the photos exactly, and the view is beautiful. Thanks, Carla, for being such a great host!

We had an absolute blast! Not only was it beautiful it was such a perfect location! We had the best view and space and lots to do with the easiest access to the beach! We look forward to staying again!

Mitzi's place looked exactly like the pictures. It was clean and the furniture and appliances were up to date. The suite we had was on the 11th floor so the view looking out onto the resort and beach was fantastic. I did not need or ask for much during our stay, but the couple of questions I did have, Mitzi responded fairly quickly. I would definitely book with Mitzi again. She is a great host.

Fantastic, breathtaking view! you are on the top floor! beautiful. worth the stay! the beach is accessible from the hotel, no need to cross a street. several pools and hot tubs.

My husband and I decided to celebrate our anniversary in Panama City and I gotta say…our stay was wonderful!!! The pictures matched what we saw in person except it was 10x better in person! We could see the beautiful beach from our room. It was very clean and check in instructions were very clear. All amenities stated are there. It’s a very private and reserved area, which we really loved. It felt safe. The Security crew at the little shack when you enter, were very attentive and nice. There were many breakfast restaurants around the area, that was a plus as we are big breakfast eaters! We would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone and everyone who is looking to book near PCB!!! 🏖️😎

The condo is exactly as pictured. It is spacious, well decorated, and fully stocked. The condo’s location in the building provides you with the perfect balcony. It’s a gigantic wraparound balcony that offers plenty of quality furniture, space, and shade if you are in need. It feels private as it is set back from the neighbor’s. It’s hard to want to get out of the clear, warm ocean but when someone needed a break, it was convenient having the two beach chairs and umbrella ready and waiting! We cannot say enough good things about the rental!

We had an amazing time! We were in town for a wedding. Location was convenient to everything. We felt right at home. Exactly as described. Golf cart was added bonus as we were able to find time for the beach and pool and it made it so easy! Thank you for sharing your beach getaway with us! Highly recommend and look forward to returning for our next trip!

Kevin & Jennifer’s place was amazing. It is a beautiful house with wonderful amenities, clean and quiet. We were traveling with family and it was so nice for us to have our own rooms & bathrooms, with a comfortable shared space. They have everything you could possibly need at the house, including chairs & beach towels, which made traveling/packing so much easier. They were very thoughtful with what is included at the house and we felt perfectly at home! The beach for the community can get a bit crowded, but we got there early and never had a problem, and it is so nice that it is a short walk from the house. Lots of great restaurants and shops within walking distance too. We loved this stay! Truly one of the nicest homes we have rented on 30A in terms of location & amenities in the home. You can tell they put a lot of care into making it a wonderful experience!

We had a great stay in Santa Rosa Beach. The home was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. The quiet neighborhood was perfect for relaxing, and the community pool was a nice bonus. The beach was about a 15-minute walk or a quick 2-minute drive, and the location was close to great restaurants and local spots. Alan was an outstanding host—responsive, thoughtful, and checked in daily to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place for a clean, comfortable, and convenient stay. We’d definitely return!

We enjoyed our stay for a girls trip. Quiet and had everything we needed. Beach is a short drive away but parking can be difficult if you don’t get there early enough. Stairs may be difficult for those with knee or mobility issues. Overall, the home was lovely and hosts were great.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay! I loved how close the neighborhood pool was to the house and I had plenty of room for my family of 9. The accommodations were perfect and the ice machine was a nice small touch! Would definitely stay here again.

This Airbnb was perfect for our family trip, offering convenient 6 minutes beach access, great amenities, and a true-to-photo home. It comfortably fit our group of 8, with space for more. Our stay was amazing! See below for random notes!! 1. We got to check in early! Thank you Mandy! 2. The golf cart was a blast and big perk! *We drove to Grayton beach and it was chugging to get back, so just pay attention. 3. The pool is literally right outside the backyard and is amazing. So convenient. 4. We loved Papa Surf in Santa Rosa then walking around! 5. Blue Mountain beach was close but was super crowded and had a big drop off near the ocean with big waves - we found Grayton Beach to be calmer with a a shallow inlet area. 6. There is a rollaway crib and also a pack n play with mattress. 7. We loved all the beach and pool supplies including 10+ towels - so nice not having to bring ourselves. 8. Loved our stay!!!
