Annex v/UiA • Parking • Near the city centre and beach

Simple and peaceful accommodation centrally located both to the city center and to several lovely beaches. The annex is around 200 meters from UiA. There is also a short distance to the playground and free area with forest and frisbee golf. Just outside the porch door is a small sandbox for children, as well as lush garden that can be used with the host. The zoo in Kristiansand is only 25 minutes drive. The annex has a simple standard, but all amenities necessary for short stays.

Full wood kitchen done to match old and new design. Entrance door is a copy of an old door from a nearby loft building. The apartment is made with multiple use in mind and very flexible. We rent the annex in our charming 4 acre garden on Tromøya. You can hike in the orchard or relax on the dock. Swimming can also be done. The annex consists of 2 rooms, a small kitchen and a bathroom. There is an outdoor area with dining table on the patio by the entrance. There are nice hiking areas in the neighborhood, around Gjerstadvannet or nice trails in Hove /Spornes in Raet National Park. 15 minute drive to Arendal

A cosy and comfortable cabin, set in a rural surrounding but just 6 km to the center of Arendal where you’ll find shops, restaurants, cafes, bars and ferries to the nearby islands. 1 km to nearest shop and local cafe’ and just 35 minutes to Kristiansand Zoo or 45 minutes to Kjevik airport. 20 minutes to Grimstad. The cabin comes with parking and a private patio plus bed linen and towels.
