We rent out our Sørland house in idyllic and historic Kolbjørnsvik. Pitoresque southern idyll with great views of Galtesund and Arendal. Two minutes walk to the ferry dock, where the charming passenger ferry "Kolbjørn" takes you to/from Arendal city center in a few minutes several times an hour. We want to rent out our cozy southern house to orderly people. Panoramic views of the entrance to Arendal and Torungen lighthouse. Walking distance to "everything". Here you live very comfortably. The idea is to give you a hotel feeling, with ready-made beds, and soft towels will be ready in both bathrooms. You don't need to bring soap, shampoo, etc. And some basic goods will be available for free disposal. Everyone who rents with us is greeted with a nice welcome gift.

Boat with outboard motor can be rented as well. The house is newly refurbished and has bright pleasant interior. New kitchen. Parking.
