(You can walk through the tunnel at the train station, over Bendikskleiv, or around down by the water). There is also a bus about every half hour just up the hill here. Private parking space belonging to the apartment. 2 bedrooms - Dimensions of the beds: (180x200 - Medium/Firm), and 140x200). Private laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Large plot with the possibility of grilling. Note: There are stairs down to the apartment.

Our accommodation is located in the middle of the charming village down on the quay, where you can enjoy the view of the water, stroll along the piers or take the boat straight over to Arendal in 3 minutes.

Cozy and well-maintained apartment in a detached house, with lake view and private patio. Nice location at the end of a quiet building area. Well equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, most kitchen equipment and washing machine. We have set check-in at 5 pm due to work situation, but you are welcome to ask if you want to check in earlier. 300m to store and bus. The bus runs approx. every 30 min to Arendal/Grimstad/Kristiansand 2km to beautiful Buøya with several beautiful beaches. Shared entrance and hallway, private lockable door.

Small studio in a quiet area near Grimstad city centre. Swimming area in Vikkilen 200 m away, with a jetty and a small beach. Outdoor area on the ground floor with a terrace, which can be used during the day. Both the swimming area and the outdoor area get sunlight from morning until well into the afternoon in summer. Parking right outside the apartment. It takes 10 minutes to walk and 3 minutes to drive to Grimstad city centre. It takes 30 minutes to walk to UiA, but there are good bus connections nearby.

Cozy apartment in Homborsund! Close to the zoo.

The apartment is part of the 1st floor of an existing residential building with its own entrance and parking. The apartment is new, bright and pleasant. It consists of a bedroom with two beds, private bathroom, living room with kitchenette and sofa bed. There is also a separate screened outdoor area with a dining area. The sofa bed is 200x150 and fits nicely for e.g. 2 children. The area is quiet and child-friendly. We also have two new sea kayaks that can be rented. Wifi in the apartment.

The Appartment is located at a cozy marina, with nice view of the marina and all the boats passing by during summer season. Quiet area just a short walk of 8-9 minutes along the seaside promenade into the city center. Where you will find alot of nice restaurants and pubs. You can enjoy the morning and afternoon sun on the terrace. There are numerous grocery stores just waking distance away, and also bus stop just 200 m from the appartment.

A new apartment - cozy, modern and light. Located at Bjorbekk, only 4,5 km from the center of Arendal. Bus stop near by with plenty of connections every day. From the kitchen and bedroom window, you have a beautiful view of the river. Here you can also go for a swim (about a 2 min walk). Grimstad is also worth a visit, 17 km, and if you want to visit the zoo in Kristiansand, a 40 min drive will take you there.

In the living room there is both a seating area and a dining area. It is possible to add a cot if needed. There is access to use the garden on the outside of the apartment. Great location right on the waterfront, guests can use the part of the jetty that is just below their entrance and to the right of the large anchor on the jetty. THE REST OF THE JETTY and the sea hut and the beach we use. (Not for tenants,) There is also the possibility to rent a kayak, 2 pcs during the summer season.
