Well equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, most kitchen equipment and washing machine. We have set check-in at 5 pm due to work situation, but you are welcome to ask if you want to check in earlier. 300m to store and bus. The bus runs approx. every 30 min to Arendal/Grimstad/Kristiansand 2km to beautiful Buøya with several beautiful beaches. Shared entrance and hallway, private lockable door.

Towels and bed linen are included. You do the cleaning yourself, but it can be ordered for an additional fee of NOK 400. Small studio in a quiet area near Grimstad city centre. Swimming area in Vikkilen 200 m away, with a jetty and a small beach. Outdoor area on the ground floor with a terrace, which can be used during the day. Both the swimming area and the outdoor area get sunlight from morning until well into the afternoon in summer. Parking right outside the apartment. It takes 10 minutes to walk and 3 minutes to drive to Grimstad city centre. It takes 30 minutes to walk to UiA, but there are good bus connections nearby.

The Appartment is located at a cozy marina, with nice view of the marina and all the boats passing by during summer season. Quiet area just a short walk of 8-9 minutes along the seaside promenade into the city center. Where you will find alot of nice restaurants and pubs. Great location right on the waterfront, guests can use the part of the jetty that is just below their entrance and to the right of the large anchor on the jetty. THE REST OF THE JETTY and the sea hut and the beach we use. (Not for tenants,) There is also the possibility to rent a kayak, 2 pcs during the summer season.

From this perfectly located residence you have easy access to Grimstad city center, the University of Agder, the beach and museums. 400 m to the nearest grocery store, about 500 m to the bus stop in Øygårdsdalen where the bus goes to Arendal and Kristiansand. No transparency and you can see ajar from the sea.
