Well equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, most kitchen equipment and washing machine. We have set check-in at 5 pm due to work situation, but you are welcome to ask if you want to check in earlier. 300m to store and bus. The bus runs approx. every 30 min to Arendal/Grimstad/Kristiansand 2km to beautiful Buøya with several beautiful beaches. Shared entrance and hallway, private lockable door.

Cosy studio apartment with a good location - space for 3 people. The apartment is located above the garage, with a small terrace on the outside. Free Wi-Fi and parking. Towels and bed linen are included. You do the cleaning yourself, but it can be ordered for an additional fee of NOK 400. The place is expected to be left clean and tidy, unless cleaning has been ordered as an extra. Outdoor area on the ground floor with a terrace, which can be used during the day. Both the swimming area and the outdoor area get sunlight from morning until well into the afternoon in summer. Parking right outside the apartment. It takes 10 minutes to walk and 3 minutes to drive to Grimstad city centre. It takes 30 minutes to walk to UiA, but there are good bus connections nearby.

Quiet area just a short walk of 8-9 minutes along the seaside promenade into the city center. Where you will find alot of nice restaurants and pubs. You can enjoy the morning and afternoon sun on the terrace. There are numerous grocery stores just waking distance away, and also bus stop just 200 m from the appartment.

Great location right on the waterfront, guests can use the part of the jetty that is just below their entrance and to the right of the large anchor on the jetty. THE REST OF THE JETTY and the sea hut and the beach we use. (Not for tenants,) There is also the possibility to rent a kayak, 2 pcs during the summer season.
